Amusement Park
Tivoli, the oldest amusement park in Europe, 175 years, located in the center of Copenhagen. Definitely worth a visit. A bit expensive, but a great day out - for all ages! You could also have a traditional Danish Smørrebrød lunch at "Grøften" one of the oldest restaurants inside the park.

Park and botanical garden
Another nice place for a stroll is The Botanical Gardens, the old conservatories are free to access and is beautiful with palms etc. This is close to the main shopping streets as well.
