The eat in restaurant is the best in Alton by the docks on the water. They have a nice deck on the back of the restaurant that is right on the Lake with a great view of Alton Bay.

Every Sunday morning at the Pier in Alton Bay you can pick up the Champagne Brunch Cruise. It is well worth while and it is a 5-10 walk from the Cottage. It putts you all around the Lake and you get really beautiful views of the Mountains as well as the Lake and you stop at a few villages around the Lake. This is wonderful in the summer, and spectacular around foliage season.
