I love going to Bob Stewart's as it's known locally. The food is great, the beer is cold and the wine is good. They have extended and now have large beer garden, with screens up for all the big matches, and a pizza van outdoors if you want a nibble more than a pub grub meal. Kids and pets are welcome too.

Rowallane is a lovely place to visit for a walk around the gardens, explore the manor house, and there are country fares held here throughout the year.

The Ulster Museum is great, set in the grounds of the Botanic Gardens, which are lovely to walk through on any day of the week or year, and the Museum itself is a lovely place to visit. Best of all, both of these are free!
