From there you'll get geared up with ocean kayaks, paddles, life vests, and there will be a shed to lock up belongings you prefer not to get soggy. We'll slide the kayaks into the ocean and off we'll be to explore! EACH PARTICIPANT MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM TO JOIN Call us at 805-628-2444 for other options! Most paddles include gliding along the beautiful boats docked in our harbor. From there we'll experience Sandspit, a favorite little beach perfect for catching a tender wave, taking a break, and snapping some photos. Our favorite part is showing you the adorable family of sea lions that sun bathe on a buoy out in the middle of the channel! After saying goodbye to the sea lions we'll navigate along Stearn's Warf taking in the gorgeous riviera landscape all while letting the tide push you gently back to the coast making the return paddle a breeze. Parking is free on the streets around the hotels off of Cabrillo blvd, or, if you don't mind paying there's an easy parking lot at Garden and Cabrillo to the left or south of the pier. I'll be meeting you at a local surf spot that is tucked away, just south of SB where there's easy free parking and even easier waves to surf! All participants must be able to swim. After we suit up we'll then hit the beach to go over some etiquette and techniques needed for surfing before entering the water. If you'd like to extend your time in the water please let me know. My top priority is keeping you safe, confident in your ability, and excited about surfing! I'll do everything in my power to get you standing up on the surfboard or improving your ability! I will be guilding you on a hike. We will wake early in the morning and embark on our journey once everyone is ready. The hike can range from three to six hours. Nineteen Oaks located in los Padres national forest. Other things to note Everything is taken care of, just be prepared for a solid hike of 6 miles. Up to the group if we can complete the full loop.

Once you book your beach ride, we meet you the day of the ride at our ranch located in Summerland, CA. The beach ride is approx 90 minutes long total. We ride from our ranch through the trails down to the beach, we do cross on the over pass and there is a small section where we ride on a public road to get to and from the beach. Once we are on the beach we ride along the shore with the fresh air, cool breeze and salt water below our hooves. We then ride back through the trails to the ranch where we started. Other things to note: We do require all riders wear a helmet for safety. Please keep in mind, the ranch is a working ranch, with horses, dogs and our staff, we do have a portable restroom on-site and a picnic table. Please also note that our weight limit is 250lbs. If you book this experience and anyone in your group is over 250lbs, they will not be able to join the ride. This is for the safety of the horses and rider. We also ask that you please arrive 15 mins early to enjoy the entire experience. If you are late your group will have to leave without you as this is a group activity.

We will gather inside my clinic and I will introduce myself and the work we will be doing. The first part of the class will cover the anatomy of the abdomen. I will demonstrate first, then you will work with a partner to review the major organs of the abdomen. Next I will demonstrate the 5 levels of hand pressure and the 11 massage techniques for working on the abdomen. You will then work with a partner to practice the techniques. This will be followed by a short snack and tea break. Next I will show you the basic massage sequence to work on the abdomen. You will then spend some thorough time with a partner practicing the massage sequence. After another break, I will explain the most important acupuncture points and major channels that run through the abdomen. After working on the belly, you will place warm towels on your partner for a soothing finish. The last part of the class will be devoted to specific questions you have and anything health related you may want to know. Other things to note Since we will be working on the belly, it is best not to have eaten a large meal before the class. During the class we will have snacks rather than a meal.

Upon arrival, you will greet the horses we have rescued. You will be able to participate in their care and maintenance, including feeding, watering, cleaning, and grooming. After they have been cared for, you will get to interact with the horses in their environment, and engage in other activities they enjoy most, which includes going for walks, leading them through an obstacle course, or learning how to give them a massage. You will also learn about the healing work that we do, and hear about the horses' amazing survival stories. This will be a wonderful day you will remember, and the horses may thank you with a cuddle!

Come Play with Clay at Community Clayworks! Have fun and get messy as we walk you through the basics of throwing on the potter's wheel during a 2 hour lesson. Create a unique piece of pottery (or two), that will be a forever keepsake of your time in the Santa Ynez Valley. The scope of class will include everything from clay preparation, to throwing process and clean up. You will get to choose from multiple glaze color options and have your piece(s) finished for you by our staff. Your fired (finished) piece can be picked up at a later date or shipped for an additional fee. While you visit you will also receive a guided tour of the studio and the gallery/shop. We suggest bringing an apron or change of clothes just in case! Clay and tools will be provided. Please contact us directly for additional class options.

Upon arrival you will be handed a smock and gloves and a chocolate Bar mold. There will be a choice of White, Milk or Dark Chocolate to pour and then head on over to the Toppings BAR where you'll find everything from the common to the unusual inclusion to add to your chocolate mold. Then while your Bar hardens you can customize your label with a variety of Art Supplies at little intimate tables outside in the front paseo. Then pop out your very own flavored bar, bag it, seal it and wrap it with your very own artwork.

Personalized tasting experience in our winery: a custom curated tasting of SAMsARA wines in our cellar featuring both current and library releases. This is a bespoke experience one-on-one with a member of our winemaking team. We will give our guests an in-depth look to our winemaking ethos, production methods and explain the nuances of winemaking that contribute to the power, complexity and balance of our wines. Specifically, we will taste 6 wines (chosen with the guests' preferences in mind) and tour our cellar. During harvest (September - November) you will be able to see first-hand how our wines are crafted and may even be able to lend a hand in the process! First, my guests will suit up in paint suits, rain boots, goggles and gloves. Then, we pick groovy tunes to paint by. Next, I'll have a bunch of balloons filled with paint they get to use in my custom built splatter zone. With a canvas on the easel, I'll show them a few ways we get to explode paint and create exciting abstract art. With the full body suits, some people enjoy getting painted on as well or even letting their friends, family or coworkers throw paint balloons at them through the explosion screen. This experience has two main stages; on the easel, getting the painting super covered with awesome splatter and then flat on the table or ground, where we'll go full Jackson Pollock. I guide people through the whole painting adventure, while taking photos and quick videos to remember the times.

Kimberly Zimmerman the founder of The Juicy Life will guide you through a dynamic yoga class with all of the necessary props, music and essential oils to make the yoga experience juicy for everyone. After your session enjoy the bounty of the beautiful central-coast. Sample and sip on fresh, local, organic, farm to jar juices created each week based on what local produce is at its peak. These juices are typically delivered milkman style to the ranches and homes in the Santa Ynez Valley.

During this 90 minute personal pottery lesson, I will teach you the basics of wheel throwing. I will first start with a short 5-7 minute demo on the wheel, giving a narrated, step by step process of throwing. After that, the rest of the hour is yours to throw! If you decided to bring a friend you will be throwing right along side each other. You will be given 2-3 one pound balls of clay to throw and attempt to make any vessel of your choice. Throughout the hour I will be your guide, helping you along the way. The goal is for you to learn, have fun, create and have something that lasts a lifetime. At the end of the lesson you will pick which of the two pieces you want fired. Any additional pieces are $8 each to cover the cost of time, supplies and shipping. After the lesson is over, the ceramic process is not done. I will then trim, fire and glaze your piece, and ship it back to you within a 4-5 week period. Packaging and shipping IS included in the price within the U.S.A. An additional charge will be added if shipping out of the country.
