El recorrido por el Cerro del Mono, una de las montañas más altas e impresionantes de la región se hace a pie con una dificultad intermedia, 1 hora 20 aprox. a la cima. Aquí se podrá disfrutar de la magnifica vista de Bahía de banderas, una de las bahías más grandes del paìs. Así mismo lograremos ver las playas de Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Sayulita, San Pancho, Islas Marietas y demás. En este recorrido nos vamos a encontrar distintas aves y plantas endémicas. Comenzamos enfrente de la iglesia de San Pancho (quien necesite que pase por Uds. en Sayulita se puede, favor de avisar) en donde les daré una breve historia del hermoso pueblito y sus murales para después dirigirnos rumbo al pueblo de Higuera Blanca. Conoceremos la plaza y calles para adentrarnos a la selva y subir al Cerro del Mono. Tomaremos un refrigerio que nos dará energías para llegar a la cima. Una vez arriba podremos tomar fotos y una explicación de la región se abordará para regresar bien contentos de la expedición. When you're ready, we paddle out and I stay with you and instruct you every step of the way. Whether the lesson is one-on-one or with a group of your friends and family, I will make sure everyone catches some waves. The whole point is to have fun! Session photography upon request Other things to note Please wear lots of sunscreen! Don't have a heavy meal before surfing. Have a light snack such as fruit. Drink lots of water during the day, a hydrated body makes the world of a difference.

We will meet at Mita Surf House in the town of Punta de Mita (we can arrange transportation here if necessary). Depending on the conditions for the day we will decide which local break to go surf. We'll get our rashguards and boards. After a 15 minute land lesson on the beach, we will make our way to the shoreline and enter the water. I will help you learn proper surf etiquette for getting along with your fellow surfers as well as how to read waves and correct positioning. I'll make sure you stand up during your first lesson and once you master the pop-up we'll move along to more advanced techniques. Safety is my number one priority, but I also make sure we have FUN and that you walk away feeling like you have learned something new about the ocean, surfing, Mexico or yourself! Welcome to San Pancho! Join me on this 2.5–3-hour tour to learn about the history and culture of this popular town. Our tour will begin at the Entre Amigos Community Center and warehouses. Here we will take a glance at the artist warehouse, Circo de los Niños, Bodega theater, Recicla Shop, Tallerera, and more before traveling via Av. Tercer Mundo to the Parque de la Hermandad to see unique street art, numerous mango trees and a very popular skate park. After the stop in the warehouse we will continue to Plaza del Sol, where more wall mural paintings by talented local and foreign artists can found and I will give a brief explanation of the town´s name and its relevance with Saint Francis. We then continue our ride into the jungle where we will be likely to see many endemic birds such as the Golden Cheeked Woodpecker, Chachalacas, Parakeets and many more. We will also see regional trees such as the "tourist" tree, papaya trees and I will explain the difference between coconut palms and the ones used for oil extraction. After having a snack and drink at the beach we will begin our return ride back to town feeling rejuvenated. Other things to consider: We will be cycling on paved roads, as well as cobble stone. We will mindfully hike through the lush jungle taking in the sights. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and nature we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. I want each guest to leave this experience more connected to nature and themselves. They will leave with the tools to add mindfulness to their daily life. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience.

Otros aspectos destacables: La dificulta es moderada, deben estar predispuestos a hacer un poco de esfuerzo (nada desmesurado) bajando y subiendo por pequeños caminos entre rocas, raices, agua, arena y demas. -Las propinas son bien agradecidas :)

Primero vamos a prepararnos mental y fisicamente para entrar al temazcal, hidratándonos con tés y bebidas de cacao. Concentraremos nuestra atención e intención frente al fuego antes de entrar al temazcal, en el cuál estaremos a oscuras en 4 intervalos de tiempo. Durante cada intervalo conectaremos con un rumbo y un elemento los cuales se relacionan con áreas de la Vida. Las Piedras Volcánicas o “Abuelitas” que calentamos hasta poner “contentas” o al rojo vivo, son introducidas al temazcal junto a nosotros y son “bañadas” con tés medicinales y el vapor resultante nos ayuda a limpiar nuestro cuerpo, mente y alma. First, we’re going to prepare ourselves mentally, emotional and physically to get into the temazcal, hydrating ourselves with different herb teas and cacao beverages. We’re going to focus on our intention and attention infront of the sacred Fire, in wich we’ll be heating the “grandmas” (Volcanic Rocks) until they’re “happy” wich means they are red hot. we’re getting into the temazcal, wich is a secure space in wich were going to spend 4 intervals of time in total darkness, we’re going to hear and sing sacred chantings, each of this 4 intervals are related with different aspects of live. The “grandmas” (Volcanic Rocks)are comming with us inside, we will shower them with herbal mixes wich will help to clean or body and mind.

El Parque Nacional Islas Marietas esconde la Playa más exclusiva del Planeta... Vive la experiencia única de navegar el mar con estilo hasta este Santuario Marino que alberga la mundialmente conocida Playa Escondida o Playa del Amor. Esta maravillosa isla volcánica posee un cráter circular elevado y en su interior se encuentra, increiblemente oculta a la vista, su playa de arena blanca, la cuál es accesible únicamente nadando a través de un arco interior que mide aproximadamente 20 metros. Hiking Monkey Mountain in Punta Mita takes you to the very top of the area’s landmark mountain, overlooking the surrounding beaches with a remarkable 360° view from the summit. Starting in the foothills of Monkey Mountain, you will start the 1-hour semi-shaded uphill hike through winding jungle trails to the summit. During the hike, you will experience spectacular views of the surrounding area and a fascinating introduction to the local flora and fauna. Once you reach the summit, there will be time to enjoy a rest with some water and a granola bar, to sit back and bask in nature with an incredible view, before heading back down and finishing the hike.

Did you know that the Bahia de Banderas is a hotspot for birds? I will take you into the jungle to introduce you to our rich bird-life in a fun, relaxed and informative experience. This experience is aimed at beginner and intermediate birders as I want to share my love for these little critters with you! I will give you an introduction on how to use binoculars and allow time to practice- you don't need any prior experience. If you are an advanced birder, please contact me prior to your booking, we can arrange a private tour. We will meet at the gas station at the entrance of Sayulita. From there we will walk to the private nature reserve Natikari. The dirt road is easy to walk and we can already spot quite a few birds along the way. When we get to the sanctuary we can continue listening and looking for our feathered friends from the comfort of our palapa located in the jungle garden. You are welcome to bring a picnic and drinks! The majestic military macaws can only be seen in this area over the summer, over the winter we get a lot of migrant birds from up north and spring is the best time if you want to experience the best bird concerts!
