Meticulously clean and sanitized, large 2 room studio in my pet and smoke free home. Conveniently located less than 1/2 a mile from the local hospital, making this a great spot for traveling nurses, doctors, medical students, and long term stays in mind. Its also perfect for overnight and short stays. Easy on and off access to Rte. 80 and approximately 40 min to State College, home of the Nittany Lions as well as many other local attractions (see guidebook). Restful, homey space.
