The suite has Separate A/C Heat, new hepa air filter is changed between each stay. Our home is located in Ocean Beach - a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood, with a classic SoCal beach vibe. Surfers and sunbathers fill the beach, while Ocean Beach Pier is a popular local fishing spot with sweeping views. Nearby, Newport Avenue is lined with antiques shops, beachwear and surf boutiques, organic groceries, restaurants and brewpubs. The Ocean Beach Farmers Market on Wednesday afternoons features countless vendors of fresh produce, tasty ready to eat meals, unique homemade arts and crafts, and live music. Please note that San Diego does have a very convenient airport. You will hear some airplane noise during the day. The airport does shut down between 11pm and 6:30am however for quiet sleeping. Non smokers ONLY. No smoking cigarettes in or around the property. Our suite is super-equipped and ready to welcome our guests, and we provide a completely private suite that does not require sharing spaces. We love to meet our guests and we are sure you will have a great stay and we are on hand for whatever you need. Our suite has an independent entrance in front of the house, our guests can come and go as they please, we will provide you with the access code for the entrance after the reservation confirmation. Clean new linens provided, with towels, beach towels and soaps, shampoos. Upgraded hotel style queen bed and pillows, super clean. Bluetooth speaker also provided.
