Hike up Lions Head, Cape Town's most Instragram'able hike for sunrise or sunset. We enjoy some amazing photo opportunities before our descent. During a sunset hike, we will hike to the summit and then drop down to a lower, more quiet section (less crowds) to watch the sunset and start the descend before it gets completely dark. During a sunrise hike, we may hike the first part in the dark using our flashlights (provided) and watch the sunrise from the summit. This hike has been an age old tradition for locals especially during the full moon and on clear/windless nights/mornings where the lights of the city below dazzle and the moon and stars show off its beauty in the night sky. Other things to note Wear clothing you are comfortable hiking in. Ensure you wear descent pair of hiking/walking shoes. A fair level of fitness is required. You need to be comfortable with heights. Start times vary based on Sunset and Sunrise and it is critical that we start on time in order to witness Sunrise/Sunset

We set out on a short walk through the farm to the wildlife sanctuary, where we'll spend the next hour and a bit riding through the reserve to view giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, eland, bontebok, springbuck, & other animals, as well as a variety of birdlife, before the return ride back to the farm. Our horses are a South African breed called a boerperd, known for being gentle, calm and brave. The majority of our horses are ridden bitless. In respect to the wildlife in their environment, we are only allowed to go at a walking pace inside the game reserve.

Join me for a morning of mindfulness for an introduction to the Japanese Art of Kintsugi. This centuries old art form is filled with many philosophical lessons and can be viewed as a metaphor for healing ourselves by embracing our own flaws and imperfections. Traditional Kintsugi can take months to complete. In this 3.5 hour workshop I’ll share contemporary methods to practice and apply on any ceramics that need to be mended to allow you to repair and restore into something unique and resilient rather than dispose of. During the 3.5 hours there will be time to order off our menu and enjoy our delish Dimsum (dumplings, Bao buns, Springrolls and won ton as well as rice / noodle dishes). Booking essential as space is limited. What to expect: A morning of mindfulness at our Traditional Teahouse to learn the traditional Japanese art of Kintsugi and to apply this to a ceramic of your own that needs to be repaired. What to bring: A ceramic of your own like a vase/pot plant holder/bowl etc that is either broken in half or with 2 - 4 pieces broken off. Most of these experiences are done on a bicycle. The experience starts with an early morning complimentary coffee for our guests at our coffee & bike shop. This is where the meet-and-greet, introduction briefing, selection of bike types and helmets, etc. will take place. Shortly after that, we're slowly making our way to a local cafe to have breakfast. This will allow the host and guests to get to know each other better, and feel more comfortable with each other during the duration of the tour. After our breakfast, we'll make our way through the waterfront towards the promenade while exposing our guests to museums, skateparks, co-working spaces, tennis courts as well as other extramural activity facilities. We'll stop for a short break to take some pictures and videos, and check wheel pressures, any punctures, etc. After that, we're making our way through the park towards the beach for some ice cream & refreshments, and a more extended break. Once our guests are well-rested and refreshed, we'll be making our way back for our group lunch meal, before making our way back to the bike shop to say our goodbyes and give the bikes back. The clients are more than welcome to book a night-ride session with us to ride with our local group or book our extended experiences that include tennis games with each other, soccer matches, or one of our dinner & movie night sessions.

Our experience celebrates community kitchens and hole-in-the-wall restaurants, each with its own story to tell. We delve into the vibrant tapestry of African cuisine, connecting with the rich traditions that span the African diaspora in Cape Town. Our journey comprises approximately 7 stops, each offering a taste of different authentic African cuisines and dishes as well as homemade beverages. But this experience goes beyond just savoring food; it celebrates resilience and entrepreneurship. We spotlight remarkable African entrepreneurs who have created unique community spaces in the face of economic and social challenges, especially in a city undergoing rapid gentrification.

Departing from the iconic V&A Waterfront, heading along the Atlantic coastline with picturesque views of Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles mountain range. Relaxing on the trampolines or on the padded cushions under covering whilst keeping an eye on the Atlantic waters for a chance to spot some of the incredible marine life that Cape Town has to offer such as Dolphins, Whales, Seals, Penguins and Sun Fish.

We will start our day with a collection at our pick up point or at your hotel in Cape Town, at approximately 08H50am. We will travel along the Atlantic Seaboard, with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other while passing through Bantry Bay, Clifton and Camps Bay. We will have a photo stop at Maiden’s Cove. From there we proceed past at 12 Apostles mountain range and Llandudno and have our next stop in Hout Bay. Here guests can take a boat to Seal island to view the Seals. Upon our return from Seal Island we will proceed along Chapmans Peak drive. We proceed through Noordhoek with the option of stopping for the finest roasted coffee at The Village Roast on this route. From there , we will proceed to Boulder’s Beach to see the African Penguin colony in their natural habitat. We will then proceed to Cape of Good Hope Nature reserve, we explore the Dias cross and some fauna and see the meeting point of the 2 currents namely the cold Benguela Current and the warm Agulhas Current. Our tour guide will guide you along the safe hiking trails, should you be a keen hiker. Lunch can be enjoyed at best restaurant in Simon Town or Cape Point . Our return route is passing through Muizenberg, we will have a photo stop at the Muizenberg Beach Huts. You will be dropped off at your hotel around the City

There are only 9 kelp forest ecosystems globally & only ONE along the African continent. OVERVIEW: 1. We start with a warm welcome & introduction. Next we will brief you on the snorkel location for the day and answer questions / provide information as to what to expect at the snorkel site. 2. We provide you with ALL gear, including a high-quality wetsuit to keep you snug & warm. 3. We bring a big yellow buoy for safety & for you to hold on to if a little more reassurance is required. THE SNORKEL ADVENTURE: We will be in the ocean (snorkelling) for about 1 hour. We access each location from shore (not a boat) & choose the location with your utmost enjoyment, and safety in mind. We will explore the incredible kelp forest floating/gliding on the ocean surface. The kelp forest is an incredible sight to see and some of the things we may encounter include kelp forest landscapes, schools of fish, sea stars, seals, penguins, small sharks, octopuses & other curious sea creatures. 12 Minute Hopper: (PLEASE NOTE ITS A +-12 min EXPERIENCE) Departing from the iconic V&A Waterfront that lies at the heart of Cape Town’s history where the city meets the sea. We take a scenic helicopter flight with Cape Town Helicopters, enjoy the iconic Table Mountain, Lions Head, Cape Town Stadium, along the Atlantic Coast viewing famous spots like the Cape Town Stadium, the 4 Beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay. We will point out many points of interest and history of the locations. Should you not want to go wander around the V&A Waterfront after the amazing flight, you can be dropped off at your Airbnb accommodation. Please note this is not a full hour experience but rather a magical 12min helicopter experience with Cape Town Helicopters that is guided by me or a team member. Other things to note Please note!!! We fly the route and not the time. Flight times can be changed according to available takeoff slots, and/ or weather. We will notify you in advance, should there be any updated. A celebration of smaller vineyards driven by passion, honesty and quality. Our first stop is on the Eastern side of Stellenbosch at the foot of the Helderberg Mountains. This is a special location tucked away in the most northern corner of Paradyskloof (Paradise Valley). Pockets of special vines produce a superlative and memorable first tasting. A journey through the vibrant and tree lined streets of Stellenbosch town is up next. Steeped in history and charm we'll tell a few stories from the time we spent here during our youth before we reach the Banghoek Valley. Breath-taking views set the tone for an unforgettable experience with the focus on letting our guests understand the sense of place and taste. These award winning wines are brilliantly crafted and produced with the help of the location's very own microclimate. I struggle to believe there is a better setting to taste wine anywhere in the country. Lunch then takes place at Boschendal's Farm Deli Restaurant on the oldest estate in the region dating back to 1865. The final destination is at a quaint family owned and run vineyard where we host the tasting privately in their underground cellar below their family home or in their garden often with one of the true matriarch's of the industry and her 5 doggos. 3 different wineries all unique in location, style and charm combining for a true Stellenbosch Winelands experience.

We will hike to the summit of the iconic Table Mountain and experience why it's one of the New7Wonders of Nature. We will take our favorite more easily missed paths to the top. There are many routes that go up and together we will find one that suits your skill and confidence level. The trails all include a combination of hiking, varied levels scrambling and exposure to heights that will allow us to reach incredible viewpoints of Lion's Head, Twelve Apostles, Camps Bay, Back Table, and the Mother City. If you have a specific route in mind we can help you determine if it is suitable for you. The trails we do include India venster, Kasteelspoort, Skeleton gorge, and platteklip gorge but if possible and you are able we can do some more wild options. En route, we will take you into the world of the breathtaking Fynbos Floral Kingdom and the very first occupants of Southern Africa who named the mountain 'Hoerikwaggo' or Mountain in the sea. Once we reach the summit we will go to one of the awesome viewpoints to take some summit photos or just enjoy the view from the top. If the Cable Car Station is open then the hike will finish there, where you can then spend some more time at the top and soak in some more views or go and enjoy a well-deserved treat from the restaurant, my recommendations being their coffee, cold beer, appletiser, and milk tart. Other things to note Experience duration is dependent on the route and guests fitness and should take between 3-5 hours. The experience ends at cable car, if its closed then please add another 1-2 hours for the hike down.
