This historic property dates back to the 1930’s-1940’s where it operated as a gas station and small local grocery store, and eventually became repurposed into a home. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and kitchen space as well as a backyard that is separate from the other side. Please note this home is old and has a wall furnace in the living room, therefore closing the bedroom doors can make it colder in there during the winter months. There are space heaters in both rooms.

There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
