This is a place for families and friends who are looking for a place far from city life or want to explore northern Dalarna. You have access to cross-country ski trails, mountain bike trails, hiking trails near the house. Within an hour you can reach the ski and outdoor area in Sälen, the larger cities Mora, Malung, Vansbro and Älvdalen. We have a grocery store, post office and gas station in the village.

A cozy cottage fully equipped at Venjan lake for both winter and summer residence, with beautiful nature around. About 200 meters from lake water, A small boat is available for rent (150 SEK per day). Winter attractions are Sälen (Lindvallen, Tandådalen) 55 km, Vasaloppet control Risberg 28 km, and a lot of cross country skiing in the close vicinity. Summer attractions are swimming, fishing, mountain biking, and blue berry picking. The cottage is surrounded by blue berry bushes.
