This is a perfect peaceful retreat for those looking for a getaway amongst nature on the Suffolk Heritage Coast - a perfect base to explore nearby Snape, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Recently renovated with mezzanine living, guests have the entire Lodge to themselves with a private entrance, terraced area for outside dining/bbq and off road parking. We also welcome up to two dogs.

Bright house in quiet setting with large garden

The property (a bungalow) was inherited by my sister and I from our mother, who lived here for 30 years. It is a lovely light spacious house with a beautiful garden (which was our mother's passion). Sudbourne is a small village/hamlet (without shop or pub) about two miles from Orford in one direction and four miles from Snape (and The Maltings) in the other. The house is at the end of drive so away from the road. The garden is secure for dogs and to try and keep local muntjac deer out.
