Cozy efficiency apartment with loft. Daybed downstairs doubles as a couch. This apt works well as a stay-cation spot too. Sanitizing of surfaces done in between all stays. We are close to downtown Putney, which features a live music venue, an independent bookstore (roasting their own coffee!) and local food co-op. There are lots of hiking trails in Putney, as well as cross-country skiing opportunities. Close to Landmark College, the Putney School and the Greenwood School.

There are many places in this spacious home to find quiet or company. The beautiful view looks out over a large field across the Connecticut River Valley to the hills in Vermont. A small forrest and creek border the property providing a lovely quiet hiking space. The creek can be a playground during a hot summer day. Many different birds come to the feeders in the backyard. The village of Walpole is 3/4mi down the hill. We and our 2 dogs are super friendly.
