House is located at Butler Lake which is 75 acres / 30’ deep non power boat. There’s 200’ of lake front and a private dock w/ row boat and canoe. Lake has great fishing and ice fishing in the winter. Elk ski Mt is 15 min away and nature hiking/biking trails are nearby as well. Plenty of games are provided to make this a memorable vacation.
