It is safe, quiet, and comfortable. Enjoy a free coffee/tea bar (see photos). A mini fridge with free water and drinks. Complimentary snacks. An excellent shower with all hygiene products (Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) provided. My goal is to make this stay more comfortable and convenient than a hotel, for half the price!

This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Sparks, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.

From our quiet property guests can take a short drive to Los Altos shopping center about 10 mins down the road where they will find a great variety of places to eat and shop, or drive to our famous Legend’s Mall about a 20 min drive...where you will find other places to see like the Sparks Marina, movie theater, and other various places to shop and eat, take a stroll on the walking trail just behind the property
