Either take the direct train to Burscough or drive here. Martin Mere is a wetlands reserve and a great day out!

This is highly recommended and a fabulous day out for all ages. There is so much to see and do. There are numerous migrating birds which change with the seasons. An abundance of wildlife. There's always activities to get involved with.
