If you are ACTIVE, if you love NATURE, GREAT company, LAUGHTERS, WATER-WATER-WATER and BREATHTAKING locations for the most amazing PICTURES ever, this experience is for YOU. I will take you to what I consider the top 5 locations to visit in Valencia in ONE AMAZING EPIC DAY! During the trip we will visit waterfalls, swim in a natural thermal spring lagoon (25C year round), water caves, canyons, and a few surprises along the way. It is not too extreme or strenuous as we move to the different locations with the minivan. Let’s call it a glamventure day :) This is NOT a hiking day. This tour is suited for almost everyone. Fit or not, young or more experienced ;-) I will guide you to get close to the massive waterfall, swim at the thermal springs and really almost whatever you are up to. If you are not so active, all the locations are perfect for chilling, taking amazing pictures and just enjoy a perfect day in the nature with fellow travellers. Of course there are nice stops to have local food and drinks. **Again, It's not a hiking tour and we do not walk a lot as I take you directly to the different locations. We will meet you by the famous City of Arts complex where we will begin our tour. We will spend about an hour touring the complex by foot, learning about the intriguing history behind Calatrava's iconic 7-structure complex. We'll be more than happy to take your favourite holiday photos as we explore the grounds. From there, we will ascend to a rooftop terrace in Valencia offering exclusive views of the entire modern complex: the perfect place to watch the city glow as the sun sets. We commence the gastronomic experience with a series of tapas, showcasing the best of local produce. This menu is complemented by a comprehensive wine-tasting, with prizewinning wines sourced from the Valencian region. With each course, we share what makes the ingredients so special to the Valencian community. We can cater for all specific dietary requirements. The guided tour (1hr), complete 10-course meal with wines, and transport back to the accommodation at the end is all included in the price.

We visit the traditional side of Valencia. We begin our walk at the Art Noueau Norte train station(1917), the former entrance gate of Valencia. From here on, we visit the Town Hall Square and the Post Office (1922). We continue walking till the Central Market(1928) and the Silk Market, a wonderful example of civil gothic artstyle from the 15th century. Afterwards, 3 squares are waiting for us: the Round square, the Queen square and the Virgin square. Here we enjoy the 3 gates of the Cathedral which belong to Romanic, Gothic and Baroque artstyle. We continue till the Serranos Tower (former entrance and security gate in the 15th century) and we know how important was the Turia river for the development of the city. Back to the Old Town, we cross the Paz Street and we take many photos to the Marquis of Dos Aguas Palace, maybe the main Baroque building in Valencia. Shopping time at the Poeta Querol Street, Don Juan de Austria Promenade and Colon Street. And we finsih our walk as we began it, in a Art Nouveau building: the Colón market, the current meeting point, a place to relax, to have a coffee and share at our social networks the picture of this experience Other things to note Our walk will take us 2- 3 hours time. Entre sus puestos repletos de productos frescos y gente aprenderemos juntos a Ramon, guia oficial del ayuntamiento, como comprar los mejores productos para nuestra paella. Slaughterhouse està en apena 3 minutos andando en un paseo agradable por las calles del barrio mas bohemio de Valencia. El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, Slaughter serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia.
