A cosy first floor one bedroom Victorian character property just steps away from the well known Leigh Broadway, where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and boutique shops. There are two railway stations with links into London which are both a 10 minute walk from the property (c.45 minutes into Fenchurch Street). Chalkwell beach is a 5 minute walk and from there the cobbled streets of picturesque Old Leigh are only a little further.
Annexe on a Mini Farm with aplacas and goats!Based on a mini-farm with alpacas and pygmy goats, situated in the charming village of Cock Clarks, bordering Danbury / Chelmsford. It has a large table suitable for working on and is very quiet. Attached to a small office, which is occupied during the week from 8.30 am to 5 pm. Only my husband and I work in the office and will be very respectful of your stay. The annexe is entirely private during the evenings and weekends. Plenty of free off-road parking, right in front of the annex.
