Dopo tanto lavoro e milioni di sorrisi, le focacce saranno cotte nel forno a legna e le orecchiette saranno cucinate come tradizione prevede. Ora finalmente tutti a tavola, per la cena finale durante la quale verranno servite le diverse pietanze preparate durante lo show cooking alle quali si aggiungeranno una serie di piatti tipici della nostra amata Puglia. We will spend the day exploring the island of Vis and surrounding islets with a new 8m long speedboat for small group 10-12 persons with a lot's of stops for swimming and snorkeling. Our first stop is Blue lagoon on the island of Budikovac. Turquoise colour of the sea will leave you breathless. After swimming in this paradise lagoon we will visit Green cave on the small island of Ravnik on a south side of the island of Vis. Through a crack in the ceiling of the cave the sun's rays reflecting with a greenish color and creating a captivating light effects. Swimming is allowed here and if you like snorkeling you can swim in the cave and take amazing underwater photos with our GoPro camera. After Green cave we will visit Blue cave on the island of Biševo. A visit to the Blue Cave will certainly impress you and stay in your memory for a long time. The miraculous play of sunlight which reflects from the white bottom creates a fascinating blue light that lights up the cave above and below the sea surface, the item submerged in the water get a sliver glow. After Blue cave we will visit a few secret spots and famous Stiniva beach. Don't be surprised if we see dolphins playing around the boat on our way to Paklinski islands. Here In Palmizana bay you can take another swim or refreshment or have a lunch in the restaurant if you want. At around 6pm we will be back to Hvar town. Other things to note If you arrive from other destination on the Island of Hvar you can park your car on a public parking near the bus station. If you arrive from Split, Brač, Korčula or Dubrovnik with the catamaran you can left your luggage in the storage in the port close to our meeting location and join the tour.

You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of local cheese and Italian Prosecco. We can also accomodate GLUTEN allergy guests and VEGAN guests for a very tasty fresh pasta. We will cook all pasta and the sauces made during the class, eating our different kind of pasta done, sipping good Italian wine. An express tiramisu preparation will follow as a dessert. I will teach you how to make the real Italian pasta from scratch. We will make two italian traditional pastas: ravioli and fettuccine. In addition to making homemade pasta we will prepare different sauces: Tomato and basil, Amatriciana, Gricia, Butter and sage. I live in a 17° century building 50 meters close to Piazza Campo dei Fiori. I'll wait for you there, in one of the most ancient square of Rome to tell you welcome to this traditional experience. We'll have a short speach in my penthouse (with a 360 view of the Roma roofs) to break the ice and talk about roman cuisine, then I'll show you ingredients we'll need. Then the cooking class can begin! You will become a perfect italian chef in only 3 hours. When we are finished we will cook, eat, and savour our pasta together. Throughout the years, we have mastered different mosaic techniques, both traditional and modern. That is why you will find the studio full of original tools, sketches by famous Italian artists, and important mosaics masterpieces. The workshop will begin with an introduction to Roman mosaic technique and history. Afterwards, you will practice the principles of texture, composition and marble tile cutting to create your own mosaic to take home. It is fundamental to us to transfer the real techniques of Roman Mosaic craft. Therefore, your mosaic will be correct and based on strict rules. A master mosaicist will share important tips, and provide the assistance you need to ensure the best result.

Be prepared to live a unique experience, in contact with dogs and nature! Take a break from the city chaos that fills our days every day. After an introduction to the world of truffles, we will begin our hunt. You will see how the trained dogs hunt for truffles and the passion they have, this being a very rewarding activity for them. Depending on the period we will go to different types of woods and the meeting point may change. Truffle hunting is also accessible to children (my dogs will be happy to play with them!). After the truffle hunting we will have a lunch with truffle dishes. The menu is vast so I don't suggest you have a big breakfast! We also have menus for vegetarians, celiacs, vegans and we can also change it according to your allergies or intolerances. During lunch we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better, drinking good wine and eating fresh seasonal truffles. Other things to remember. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! What shall we do.. We start by me coming to pick you up anywhere you are, ( Rome City) Then we go to visit the most beautiful squares in the world, churches, monuments and hills eg, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo di fiori Trastevere Fontana di Trevi, via del corso via condotti, via del anima, via del governo vecchio, piazza del Figo, circo massimo, il buco della serratura, San pietro Vatican, Gianicolo, Pincio. Then we stop to have the best coffee in Rome in a very popular bar, we drink a glass of wine from the bottle that waits for us in a picnic basket behind the car and then the famous Italian ice cream. We drive through the romantic alleys where many shops are located , in the air we can smell the inviting aroma coming out the restaurants that serve typical Roman dishes. At each place, we will get pictures taken by the staff or from me. Each stop will be 10-15 minutes and the guests are free to visit the locations alone if they wish so.. Capri Premium Tour Our exclusive tour of 8 hours starts from Sorrento at 9:30 AM sailing along the peninsula’s stunning coastline passing Marina Grande, Massa Lubrense and Mitigliano Bay , whilst enjoying a refreshing aperitif. The tour proceeds straight to Capri , where we will stop in the most breathtaking areas of the island like: Withe, Green and Blue Grotto,the Champagne and the Heart cave, the Faraglioni rocks and the Punta Carena lighthouse , Tiberio’s jump and Villa Malaparte. (Blue Grotto entrance is optional). -MASSIMO 12 PERSONE A BORDO- Partendo da Marina Piccola a Sorrento, alle ore 09:00, si costeggia la famosa spiaggia della Regina Giovanna (resti di una villa di epoca romana), la baia di Puolo e Massa Lubrense e poi si naviga fino a Capri. Una volta arrivati a Capri, iniziamo il giro dell'isola, in base alle condizioni meteo, decideremo se visitare prima la parte est o ovest dell'isola. Vedremo il Salto di Tiberio, marina Grande , l'ingresso della grotta azzurra, villa Malaparte, i Faraglioni, Marina Piccola, il faro di Punta Carena, la grotta verde e la grotta bianca, il tutto gustando un soft drink. Durante il tour dell'isola, ci saranno due stop con la possibilità di immergersi nelle acque cristalline che circondano Capri. Avrete circa 3/4 ore di tempo libero per visitare Capri e Anacapri. "My Sorrento Holiday" ti garantisce una escursione in barca da sogno. Il tour include: *Sosta per il bagno *Maschera e boccaglio (su richiesta) *Tempo libero per visitare Capri (3/4 ore) *Bevande analcoliche a bordo *La durata dell'escursione è di 7 ore. Le nostre imbarcazioni sono certificate per la sicurezza e sono dotate di cabina, toilette, giubbotti di salvataggio e assicurazione.

La mia attivita' consistera' nell'insegnare a fare le orecchiette (tipica pasta pugliese), fare un buon sugo e mangiare in compagnia. La prima parte dell'esperienza consistera' nel creare la perfetta combinazione di acqua e farina per la base delle orecchiette, poi ci sara' l'aquisizione della manualita' essenziale per creare le orecchiette. Gli ospiti potranno provare piu' e piu' volte fino all'ottenimento dell'orecchietta perfetta e poi si passera' in zona cottura. Qui prepareremo la salsa e cuoceremo le orecchiette. Pronto il piatto mangeremo assieme accompagnando il tutto con una buona bottiaglia di vino locale ed un antipasto tradizionale pugliese. Our exclusive tour of 8hours starts from Sorrento at 9:30 am sailing along the peninsula’s stunning coastline passing Marina Grande, Massa Lubrense and Mitigliano Bay. The tour proceeds straight to Capri , where we will stop in the most breathtaking areas of the island like: White, Green and Blue Grotto,,the Champagne and the Heart cave, the Faraglioni rocks and the Punta Carena lighthouse , Tiberio’s jump and Villa Malaparte. (Blue Grotto entrance is optional). After your guided tour around the island we'll disembark at Marina Piccola of Capri , where you will have 3-4 hours of free time to spend on shore, enough to visit the famous Piazzetta or Anacapri . On the way back we will stop for a swim , providing you with snorkelling equipment. Our last stop before Sorrento at 4.00 pm will be in the fantastic Queen Giovanna’s Bath, surrounded by the ruins of the oldest Roman Villa of the coast. Before saying goodbye we will offer you a glass of limoncello ! Hi, I'm Luka and I would like to be your guide during your stay on the island of Vis. I would love for you to join me on a boat trip around the island. On the trip, we will first look at the military tunnel built by the Yugoslav army in the early 1980s to hide the submarines. The next stop is the island of Biševo where you will see the jewel of this trip, the Blue Cave. Then we go to one of the smallest beaches on the island, and immediately after it to the bay Stiniva, which in 2016 was declared the most beautiful beach in Europe After that we will visit the Green Cave on the island of Ravnik. After the Green Cave we go to the island of Budihovac an absolute paradise on earth thanks to only one man. Our last stop is a sandy beach on the east side of the island. Due to the shallow beach, the sea in it is always very warm and comfortable for swimming. After that we return to the town of Vis where we part.

After this brief warm up, we prepare three great classics of Italian cuisine: Fresh Pasta (Fettuccine, Maltagliati or Tagliatelle), homemade Ravioli and delicious Tiramisù. Each participant has a single station to work from, a wood board, apron and a rolling pin. Your pasta will be seasoned with my best Roman sauce, passing from the classic tomato & basil to a tasty Carbonara. Last but not least Make and Eat tiramisù, with which you can explore your imagination, declining the traditional recipe with a selection of tasty ingredients. Tomato Bruschetta cook in a wood oven and another meal drink are included in the menu. Una location molto suggestiva, immersa tra gli ulivi secolari. La degustazione, sarà svolta all’aperto, salvo pioggia, dove useremo la nostra sala degustazione interna, degusteremo tre differenti tipi di vino, e olio extravergine d’oliva, accompagnandoli con deliziosi prodotti e piatti tipici (salumi, formaggi e bruschette del Gargano, fantasie dello Chef). Successivamente, visiteremo la Cantina e faremo una passeggiata al tramonto nel mio vigneto, dove completerai la tua formazione, facendoti conoscere personalmente i vitigni autoctoni di questa terra, che ti garantisco ti rimarranno nel cuore. Durante questa esperienza sensoriale, ti emozionerai e conoscerai le basi su come apprezzare e degustare un vino.
