First I will meet you at Osmanbey metro station which is just one station away from Taksim and 20min bus from Eminönü. On the way home, we will shop for some of our ingredients from local sellers. As we arrive at my home, we directly go to the kitchen and begin to cook: - One kind of Main Dish (kuru fasülye or karnıyarık or dolma) - One kind of Rice (bulgur rice) - One kind of Meze or Salad You may have a chance of tasting these dishes somewhere outside but I will also teach you how to cook them. More over it, our whole experience will be a great opportinuty for you to see daily life of Turks. I will provide recipes for you. Also, I will give you all explanations about ingredients, their other uses/applications on different recipes. After we got this main course, we will go back to the kitchen and prepare DESSERT. Hey Everyone. We will all meet in Karakoy marina near Galata bridge and board the yacht starting in the Golden Horn. Later we will visit Hagia Sophia - The Church of Divine Wisdom. To finish our trip I will take you to Topkapi Palace. This will be the best place to understand Ottoman culture and history.
