Desde hace varios años realizo tours turísticos por el casco histórico, en un primer momento en castellano y ahora también en inglés. Ofrezco una visita guiada por la ciudad, a modo de introducción a la historia de Cádiz, de entre dos horas y media y tres horas de duración. La visita es principalmente un recorrido en exterior por las calles y plazas del centro histórico con entrada al interior de algún monumento que son perfectamente descartables si por diferentes razones ese día en concreto están cerrados al público. Un recorrido por la ciudad más antigua de occidente: fundada por los fenicios allá por el año 1100 a.C., engrandecida por los romanos con la producción de la famosa salsa GARUM. Codiciada por musulmanes y cristianos. Puente de unión entre Europa y América tras la llegada de Cristobal Colón en 1492 y ciudad constitucional, inexpugnable durante las guerras napoleónicas. ¡3000 años de historia te esperan para ser descubiertos!

Disfruta de la Costa del Sol navegando en un velero! Navega a vela cuando haya viento y siente como el viento mueve la embarcación sin mas ruido que el barco rompiendo las olas. Si no hay viento navegaremos a motor. Goza de unas vistas espectaculares de Marbella y su montaña desde el mar, en días despejados podrás ver África y Gibraltar! Sol, aguas cristalinas, brisa marina, un buen baño en alta mar cuando el tiempo lo permita, disfrutar de un paseo en tabla de paddle surf, disfrutar del sol en las colchonetas o simplemente relájate y vive una experiencia diferente mientras navegas en busca de delfines! Esta experiencia tiene una duración de 2 horas de Enero a Mayo y de Noviembre a Diciembre y de 3 horas de Junio a Octubre. Nuestro velero de 12 metros de eslora se encuentra en Puerto Banús. Si queréis hacer una celebración privada o grupo privado puedes preguntarme :) En Marbella se puede navegar durante todo el año, en invierno es aconsejable ponerse una chaqueta pero el tiempo suele ser bueno. Wine and Tapas with the Locals, by Electric Bicycle, off-the-beaten-track experience. Join us for a full day out on e-bikes through two typical white Andalucian villages which tourism has not touched. We stop briefly and watch as life goes by, just like stepping back in time. After our first stop we cycle approximately 12kms through rolling countryside until we reach our first stop for wine and tapas. After sampling some fine cuisine and chatting to the locals we continue on our e-bikes, and are rewarded with a glorious 5km descent before reaching our second white village. After time to explore this delightful place and hearing about it's history we ride a few more kms to our final destination for a scrumptious late lunch before returning to Ronda. Duration 6-7 hours, cycling approx 25km. includes wine, tapas, lunch and pick-up / drop off at Ronda. Other things to note: You will be fully guided by us, electric bikes are safe and easy to ride but ability to ride a regular bike is necessary. We will provide instruction for the e-bikes and a practice ride before we set off for the day.

Navega al atardecer y disfruta en nuestro velero de 12 metros, ubicado en uno de los puertos más conocidos del mundo, Puerto Banús. Disfruta de esta experiencia romántica en grupos reducidos donde podréis observar el mejor atardecer de Marbella desde el mar y las maravillosas vistas de Marbella y su montaña. En días despejados podréis ver las montañas de África y el estrecho de Gibraltar! Podréis disfrutar de la sensación de estar en mar abierto y sentir la brisa marina sentados en la amplia mesa o bien tumbados en las colchonetas, todas estas sensaciones serán acompañadas con un aperitivo, un buen vino blanco, cava o refrescos. Cuando haya viento navegaremos a vela y podrás sentir la sensación de deslizar por el mar sin mas ruido que el del barco rompiendo las olas. Cuando no haya viento navegaremos a motor. Nuestro velero de 12 metros de eslora se encuentra en Puerto Banús. If you have ever dreamt of exploring the mountains and White Villages of Spain by bike but know your legs are not quite up to the job then Electric Mountain Bikes are for you. Anyone that can steer a bike can now climb hills and trails that were previously accessible to only the fittest and most dedicated cyclists. On the explorer tour, with a bit of effort, you will adventure to the foothills of the Sierra Blanca. You will cycle along traditional trails to visit unspoilt white villages like Istán where we can have a quick drink and experience the traditional Andalusian way of life. Then back on the bikes to discover the beauty of the Mediterranean forest and enjoy spectacular views back down to Marbella, Puerto Banus and the Mediterranean far below. You will receive full instructions on using your E-MTB so that you can safely enjoy the beauty of the Mountains and get to where only the toughest and strongest cyclists could reach before. This tour requires previous experience riding a bike. A part of the tour is being done off-road. A vuestra llegada os encontraréis con una impresionante exposición de fotografías en el parking, espacio diseñado por Stefano Robotti. Empezaremos el itinerario en el Greenhouse que combina diferentes espacios e incluye una almazara artesanal, sala de proyecciones, barra gastronómica, sala de catas y dos terrazas. Para comenzar la visita, se proyectará un video de cinco minutos que explica la historia y el origen del aceite de oliva, así como el proceso de producción. Seguimos con el recorrido entre olivares y viñedo ecológico durante el cual encontraremos varias sorpresas de Philippe Starck. Terminaremos el recorrido con una degustación de aceite de oliva orgánico de las diferentes variedades de aceitunas.

Te recibiré en el patio de la quesería desde donde disfrutarás de vistas de Sierra Crestellina, y con suerte, verás buitres leonados . Te contaré sobre nuestra familia y cómo comenzó todo en 1930. Con tu gorro y delantal, mezclaremos juntos en una olla la leche y el cuajo para hacer nuestra receta familiar de queso fresco. Después vamos a las cabrerizas y a la sala de ordeño. Verás de cerca a las cabras, te explicaré sobre su día a día, sobre la raza, sobre la labor del cabrero, y si te atreves, podrás ordeñar de forma tradicional. Luego veremos en la cabreriza al resto del rebaño. Seguiré contándote curiosidades esta raza y su importante papel en la naturaleza. Después verás cómo salen directamente a la montaña, dónde pasarán todo el día y noche, para regresar a la mañana siguiente. Mientras las ves subiendo, haré una demostración de tiro con honda, una herramienta ancestral que los cabreros usamos para dirigir el rebaño. Te contaré como cuidamos el planeta desde Crestellina . Volveremos al patio donde nuestra leche se habrá cuajado y la cortaremos hasta conseguir la textura perfecta. Sacaremos el suero, y por fin, podrás hacer tu propio queso usando una pleita de fibra natural. Luego haremos una degustación de nuestros quesos, compartiré curiosidades y te enseñaré a hacer una analítica sensorial como un maestro quesero. Terminaremos brindando con un buen vino local.

Nos rendiremos al apoyo de las gentes vejeriegas en el auxilio de los náufragos de la Batalla de Trafalgar; a la vista desde el Mirador de Poniente. Homenaje al 1º Defensor del Pueblo Andaluz, Juan Relinque, quien lucho por mantener Las Hazas (tierras comunales frente el poder feudal) Y veremos los viejos molinos de viento, similar contra quien luchó Don Quijote; de harina con su maquinaria intacta.
