Wengen is a lovely car-free mountain town on 1274m altitude located on big cliff between Lauterbrunnen and Männlichen so views are just stunning! The route I have chosen will take us to the charming Innerwengen. This is where the first residents of Wengen settled, now a small habitat of a few farms, about 30 minutes from the center, will show us the true beauty of the Swiss countryside full of cheeses from local farmers and cows. Along the way, we will see beautiful views of the famous Jungfrau, Mürren, Schiltorn (place of James Bond movie production) and the Lauterbrunnen valley literally all the time. Did you know that since 1930 the longest and most difficult Ski Slalom in Europe - the International Ski World Cup "Lauberhorn race" is taking place exactly in Innerwengen every year? We will have the opportunity to see with our own eyes how steep slopes skiers from all over the world face every year. After this eventful 2.5-hour walk, we will go to my apartment with equally beautiful views to try one of the most traditional Swiss dishes - Raclette cheese. Raclette cheese is a very rare avaible dish in restaurants, but much loved in Swiss homes. Together we will prepare all the necessary ingredients and, using a special raclette machine, we will start melting the cheese. Take a look behind the scenes and get to know the city through the eyes of a local. Discover special spots in a familiar atmosphere. The "Urban Bike Tour" is different from classic sightseeing tours. Enjoy a day in one of the most impressive valleys in the Swiss Alps! We will meet at Interlaken Ost and take the train to Lauterbrunnen, a picturesque village with amazing rock faces and mountain views. After walking around the village, we will take a gondola up to Grütschalp, where we will start our one-hour walk to the picturesque alpine village of Mürren. This easy hike captivates great views from several alpine peaks and the famous Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. In Mürren, we will make our stop and enjoy a pic-nic with Swiss delicacies, and after our lunch break we will walk down to Gimmelwald, a traditional farming village with stunning views. In the afternoon we will take the gondola, bus and train back to Interlaken.

Breathtaking views from high above the Lake Uri Bay of Lake Lucerne ***** and easy hikes to different vantage points and clifftop enchanted forests with a local guide.
