The place is very quiet, close to I 35 and George Bush Turnpike. All amenities within a half mile. Walmart, and "Korea town" 1 mile from the house. Ground transportation 5 minutes walk.
Guest has access to a full remodeled kitchen, the living room and of course a bathroom.
Bathroom, kitchen and common spaces are cleaned everyday with bleach.
I am living there and have some talks with guests if we meet in the common space, however I am very discreet and don't bother them.
