The House is in the countryside, 4 km. from Città della Pieve and Chiusi and offer an exciting views on Trasimeno Lake and the Umbrian hills. This house is on the first floor, has a separate staircase and a terrace, a spacious living room with kitchen area and bathroom. An internal staircase rises to a largebedroom loft (16 sqm.)
