The bathroom and entrance will be shared between 9am-2pm as my wife works from the seperate bedroom. On the odd occasion an evening appointment 530-8. We live on the property with the garage separating the 2 dwellings. We have 2 retrievers who are fenced so they can’t approach you. But love a pat.

Short drive to bars, cafes and restaurants central Timaru. There is a huge area for large or towing vehicles to turn around and park.

A cute cosy cottage on a 20 acre lifestyle block, 6km from the edge of Timaru. The cottage is located 50m from our home. There is a lovely outlook to both the sea and mountains. The cottage is fully self contained with a bedroom, seperate sitting room with sofa and open kitchen dining, TV space. There is a playground and tennis court 100m up the road. You are welcome to join in with any farm chores when we are home.
