Historic Century Old FarmhouseThis is the most private and relaxing setting in all of Minnesota! This historic farmhouse called, The Preserve of Deer Lake, is a family farm founded in 1877 and has been in the same family ever since, which is four generations. Located south of Annandale Minnesota it sits in the middle of 80 originally homesteaded acres and the main house looks out at a large private environmental lake (not a swimming lake, but we do have two kayaks for your use and for your additional nature experience!).

Level yard walks directly to lake and on-site boat launch. Although not handicap accessible, the main floor bedroom/living area and level lot would accommodate someone with limited mobility.

Quiet location with beautiful views of a lake and countryside. Perfect place for a personal or writer's retreat or if you enjoy a quiet night's sleep. We welcome families with children. The apartment is attached to a single family home which is our personal residence. Our home was constructed in 2014.
