You'll find it a peaceful and quiet respite from a busy day of sightseeing. The whole studio is yours and you have a separate entrance on the side of the house. You have a coded lock, so you won't need to coordinate check-in with us. We are happy to answer questions, help out with your plans, or chat, but you can also do your own thing if you prefer. The home is situated on a quiet, tree-lined block surrounded by mid-century architecture with a view of Puget Sound. Walk to Lincoln Park's woods, playgrounds, fields, and beach with West Seattle's main drag only a short drive away. We are just a block from the bus that takes you down to California Avenue's shops, restaurants and theaters. Or you can switch to the C to Downtown Seattle, which is a very quick and easy ride. Or, if you like a walk, you can simply stroll to the C bus to Downtown and stop at the excellent Cafe Lladro for coffee and pastries on the way. Uber and Car2Go are also great options. We have an amazingly sweet and cute doggie who spends a lot of time in the yard in the summer months. If you smoke cigarettes, please do so out front of the house rather than in the back yard. We are happy to provide you with a chair for that. Public and outdoor smoking of marijuana is illegal in the city of Seattle.
