This guesthouse is a studio space with all the perks. It is detached from main home and has a private entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenette, mini fridge, microwave, water filter, and garbage disposal. There is an eating area, coffee machine with complementary coffee and tea and a complete set of dinnerware. Great closet space and complete 3 pieces bathroom with luxurious marble shower. Any additional cleaning can be requested for an extra fee of $45. Guests have full access to the entire guesthouse including outdoor patio and fire pit area. The suite has a wall mounted TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and YouTube. Guests can also enjoy free Fiber Optic wifi Internet with speeds up to 300mbps. We will be available for all our guests needs with limited interaction as their living area is totally separate and private. Centrally located, the guesthouse lies in a residential neighborhood close to Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Culver City, LAX, West Hollywood, and more. There’s easy access to the 10 freeway and public transit. It's similarly a short drive to LAX. Access to MTA transit and the Santa Monica Blue line is less than a block away. We have street parking here (plenty of spots), no permits necessary on our street which is convenient, there is only street cleaning on Mondays from 8 to 11am, but you can still park on the other side of the street.
