We will meet at 11:00 in the south of Ibiza to sail to Formentera from the best place. After 1 hour of sailing we will anchor in Espalmador and we will go with the auxiliar boat to take a walk in this amazing beach. After about one hour in paradise we will sail to Illetes (15 minuts sailing). Illetes is the most famous beach of Formentera. Some says that it's the 7th best beach in the world. We will anchor there and we will go to eat to one of it's beach restaurants at 15:30/16:00. Restaurants costs around 60-90€/pers. We recommend that you bring your lunch and eat on the boat. You can use the boat's fridge, dishes, glasses, etc. After eating we will sail to the north of Formentera (Punta Alta) and after the last bath of the day we will sail back to Ibiza to get there at 19:00. We have paddle surf and snorkel equipment onboard so you can use them for free. Eating or drinking is not included but you can bring them and use the boat's freezer to keep them cold. If you book all the boat (10 persons) we can go where ever you want. The boat is up to 12 people plus the skipper and it's not possible to be more. Depending on weather conditions we can change the meeting point and the route. See you in Ibiza! This experience is not the usual, commercial tour where you will feel like a dumb passenger on a boat powered by an engine!!! With us, you will experience a real hands-on sailing tour on a fast cruiser-racer sailboat, a Beneteau First 33.7. This boat has a vast sail wardrobe which allows us to reach the most beautiful coves of the area under sail, either in a light breeze or in more windy conditions: we guarantee the engine will be used only in absence of wind; and, best of all, Paolo, the experienced skipper, will show you how to steer and trim the sails. When we meet, Paolo will explain some basic safety rules, and then we will start the tour. The suggested destination is the "Devil's Saddle" promontory, so called after an old legend. We will drop anchor to swim in crystal clear waters in a wonderful cove, and, during the summer, will swim with you to discover the secret “Purple Cave”. While sailing, you will admire breathtaking landscapes and cliffs, which will be described in details. If we are lucky, dolphins will follow us during the navigation! Generally, the morning experience is gifted with light winds, making it ideal for a stopover in calm waters (which is ideal for swimmers), whereas the afternoon tour is ideal for sailing in stronger winds. In case of wavy seas, anchoring and swimming might be not possible due to safety reasons.

Please fully read the description. I want to show you not the usual spots like Mondello, but very beautiful places I love. 3 amazing spots: 2 seaside bays and 1 river spot. We'll move along the North coast close to the town of Terrasini, snorkeling, relaxing and discovering the Mediterranean environment. The spots are rather ROCKY with a very clean blue and turquoise water. To finish the day we'll go to explore some natural hot springs along a river, relaxing in the warm water. This tour will be the best way to discover and enjoy the Sicily's seaside. It's up to the host (and conditions) to start the tour visiting a nice sandy beach. Lunch is around 1.30 p.m. with the possibility to eat traditional pasta with fresh fish, street food or ice cream (lunch not included). Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our citrus gardens and olive grove. We'll visit the gardens to gather some ingredients for our lunch, and then enjoy a fresh meal prepared by Annarella. You'll find out how traditional Sicilian cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, oranges, lemons, etc.. Te explicarán el proceso de elaboración del vino y el cava y degustaremos algunos vinos y/o cavas Premium con snack en cada una de ellas. Os explicaré todos los secretos, curiosidades y peculiaridades de la región. Después de todo, descansaremos entre viñedos y árboles viejos.... un picnic para disfrutar de los productos locales y, por supuesto, probar otros vinos/cavas de la región. La comida consistirá en: Ensaladas según temporada, tortilla de patatas, empanada de pollo, galletitas dulces Vino/cava/agua. You’ll be welcomed into my opened kitchen and lush garden to master the fine art of cooking the perfect paella, following my grandmother’s recipe. I'll explain how to prepare it and will share with you some stories around that traditional dish. We are going to cook, enjoy wine, tapas and a delicious meal together whilst I give you an insight into one of the most coveted recipes in the world. This experience is family friendly, kids are very welcomed! (Children under 6 years doesn't pay). Other things to note: Our secret garden has also a comfortable and cozy space were we can enjoy the experience and the scene in case of having not a perfect weather that day.

-I´ll show you ingredients from traditional Basque gastronomy and we will locate them geographically in the territory of the seven Basque provinces, so you can tour the Basque Country through its gastronomic culture. -We will cook and taste 6 of the most famous Pintxos of San Sebastián´s bars, while I tell you their stories, secrets and tips so you can cook like a local chef. They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. Sorry. -We will set up a little stand with different props for you to take beautiful photographs of the Pintxos you've prepared, so you can share your experience and new knowledge with family and friends. This experience was created to awaken your artistic side, as well as, delight your senses. Offered here is exclusive access to two very unique worlds of art and flavour. You and a group of friends will learn about the ancient technique of jewellery making through sand casting while enjoying the tastes of an award-winning Cretan boutique winery. Found nowhere else in Greece, this workshop is a hands-on experience for up to a maximum of 10 attendees including yourself. You will be taught the ancient art of sand casting and with your choice of silver (.925) or gold (10k, 14k, 18k) you will cast and polish a beautiful piece of jewellery to keep. This workshop will take place at the picturesque Manousakis winery, located just outside of Chania city. Here you will be surrounded by Cretan nature and indulge in the fine crafted wines and winery grown foods. The entire experience will take.place outside in a well ventilated area. All Covid-19 safety precautions will be in place to make sure all guests are comfortable and safe. Included in the booking fee is your 4-5 hours of instructed workshop time. We will cruise the waters of Siracusa enjoying the sights of Ortigia on board of my Tahiti Ketch, a 30 feet classic sailboat designed in U.S.A. in 1922. According to the weather conditions we will lead to the Marine Protected Area of Plemmirio where we will stop for swimming, sorrounded by nature. We sometime meet dolphins and other sea creatures in this area. While we will be sailing I would like you to help me trying your hand at ruddering Fiesta and trimming the sails with me, as part of the crew. Then we will celebrate the sunset with a nice aperitif in the bay, having a delicious tasting of food and wines made by local farmers and producers. That is the best way to enjoy our sunset. Be aware the route might be changed according to the weather conditions. Other things to note This experience is for everyone and it is an easy way to relax and, at the same time, live the sea for a day. This is also an environmentally friendly sea experience.

We’ll take a kayak adventure to beautiful Comino – exploring caves, crystal waters, gorgeous bays, beaches or rock formations (weather dependent)! This experience is a half-day guided tour (10am - 1pm or 2pm-5pm) from Gozo to Comino. You'll see many of the stunning sites of Comino such as the Blue Lagoon, Santa Maria Bay and all of the amazing caves, bays and rock formations in between. Please understand that all tours are weather-dependent and not all areas/routes may be accessible. This tour is for beginners and experienced kayakers. We'll discover the unique nature and the geology of the Mt. Etna visiting the volcano up to the extinct craters at 2000 meters. Scenic driving from the beach level up to the extinct craters, following an itinerary off the beaten road, with the visit of the most important point of interest along the way up. We will complete our experince with a guided and easy trekking around the extinct craters, to understand this human friendly volcano, enjoying an almost lunar landscape. I GUIDE YOU OUT OF TOURISTS TRACKS!!! Surrounded by a moonlike landscape, we'll learn to understand and explore Mount Etna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for it's beauty and uniqueness. Walking along the paths Europe's largest volcano, you'll admire the impressive volcanic structure with its typical flora and fauna. We will cross Deserts of black sand, Woods, Ancient and Recent Lava Flows and Old Craters in order to admire the fascinating VALLE DEL BOVE. We will also enter lava tubes, created during the volcano's eruptions, equipped with a helmet and flashlights. It'll be fascinating to descover not only their creation but also the secrets they so jelously conceal in their darkness. Nos encontraremos en el centro de Málaga y nos dirigiremos en la furgoneta hacia el embalse del Conde del Guadalhorce. Por el Camino cruzaremos el valle del río Guadalhorce, un valle singular de Málaga especializado en plantaciones de cítricos, naranjos y limoneros. Ascenderemos la sierra de Alcaparain y cruzaremos varios pueblos blancos. Desde el Pantano, empezaremos la ruta de senderismo de unos 8 kms cruzando un túnel excavado bajo la roca hasta la entrada del Caminito del Rey. Descubriremos la geología del Parque Natural, la flora y fauna del parque, su singular paisaje y historia y tradiciones locales. Pararemos en las zonas más expectaculares para admirar los desfiladeros y tomar fotos. Al final de la excursión tomaremos el autobús lanzadera del Parque Natural que nos llevará al punto inicial de la ruta. La ruta a pie es de 3 horas. No hay peligro ni grandes subidas, es un sendero muy fácil. SI VIENE EN TEMPORADA BAJA PUEDO OFRECER UN DESCUENTO.
