Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! With my small open and comfortable 6 meter motor boat, exclusively for you, we're going to enjoy the sunset in the lagoon, in my opinion the best time to appreciate it, starting from the residential area of Cannaregio, and then sailing to the northern lagoon in the Burano and Torcello area, where you can admire colors and a pristine lagoon, tasting a prosecco doc from our area. Our experience is suitable for those who really want to test themselves with the production of glass. Not a quick taste, but the entry into a reality made of contemporary art and glass production by a duo of artists specialized in teaching and relationality. We will welcome our guests in the Murano studio, where many of our crafts and contemporary art works are exhibited. After a first presentation of what we do, we will illustrate to the guests the technique practiced by Andrea, the lampworking of the glass, which is carried out with a small flame and which is used to produce small glass objects. After a first demonstration made by Andrea, in which the glass rods will melt to show how small objects are produced, the guests will be guided towards the production of some simple glass elements (mainly small colored beads). The artifacts that guests will be able to produce can be brought home. Other things to note: The experience is suitable for both individuals and small groups of maximum 4 - 6 people. We are going to explore Venetian traditional food and drink culture in same of its most representative places. Let's avoid tourist places and let's go in the local 'bacaro'! A 'bacaro' is the typical venitian eating place (something in between an English pub and a French 'bistrot', may be close to the Brasilian 'boteco'). Time passes and the 'bacaro' evolved: from a typical tavern, featured by simple supplies where small appetitizer are served it now also can be a refined kind of contemporary wine house where traditional cusine fuses with chef's expertise. Are you curious to see how they look like? What I like to share with you is not only my knowledge of food and drinks but also the experience of eating as a local. That's why I prefer to have you in small groups (no more than 6 people). Moreover, many of the places here are very tiny and we like to be discreete and move confortably during our walk.
