Our fully renovated medieval house is located in the heart of the historic old town of Kulmbach, at the foot of the majestic Plassenburg. The views of historic buildings and the famous "Weißen Turm" from our house testify to its prime location.
The combination of original wooden flooring, exposed timber framing, and modern design creates a unique atmosphere that blends the charm of old-world style with contemporary elegance. Enjoy the high end modern kitchen with induction stove and stylish kitchen island with stone countertop.
There are numerous restaurants nearby where you can discover the famous Kulmbacher beer and Franconian specialties. Italian restaurants and other culinary options are also within walking distance. Additionally, shopping centers, landmarks, and the way to Plassenburg are just outside our doorstep. The train station is only a few minutes' walk away, as are parking facilities at the EKU car park.
All of our apartments have been fully renovated, modernized, and equipped with central heating.

Das Studio, in einem frisch restaurierten Bauernhaus anno 1835, befindet sich in einem ruhigen Dorf im schönen Frankenwald. Die nächste größere Stadt ist Kulmbach.
Wir leben und arbeiten hier und mit uns 2 mittelkleine Hunde.
Die Unterkunft hat einen separaten Zugang und ist vollkommen unabhängig von uns zugängig.
Es steht eine herrliche Terrasse zur Verfügung.
