The Desert Ark LLC is a unique stay for nature lovers and adventurers. This private studio has a sleeping loft & downstairs Murphy bed with skylights, laundry, kitchenette, grill & private half bath. There is a seasonal outdoor shower (not functioning in the winter) and a guest shower in the main house through the office. We are a remote, working art studio near the Ojito Wilderness, Jemez Springs, and San Ysidro Bike Trials, yet still very close to town for shopping, dining, and activities.

This Jemez Springs cozy private cottage has beautiful views of the valley and is close to family-friendly activities including natural attractions like hot springs and caves. Built in the 1890's by early settlers, you’ll love the place because of the location and the peace and quiet. We welcome dogs, but prefer short haired, well groomed dogs.
