1 mile from downtown! You get your own private bedroom in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. About 2.4 miles from Rupp Arena, 3 miles from UK. I will also be there if you need anything. I love people so if you need/want to chat, we’ll be best friends! Or, if you want to just be left alone and get some rest, I 100% respect that as well. Your bedroom will be on the second story, along with your own bathroom that is shared with other guests. My room is downstairs. It’s a big house!

This is an unassuming ranch style house with a tenant living upstairs and a completely separate apartment entrance downstairs. Conveniently located near 4 grocery stores, shopping, near 4 hospitals and the University of Kentucky. Garage parking is available with an automatic garage door opener. Please let me know if you are bringing any pets. There is an additional fee for them.

House has direct backyard access to Masterson Station park and there are friendly horses that you can pet right out the back door! A dog park is within walking distance. The Kentucky Horse Park is 3 miles away, UK campus is 7 miles away, and Keeneland/airport is 8.5 miles away.
