The apartment is situated on the first floor and is positioned near the other apartment and a holiday house. An enclosed courtyard surrounds the facility. The apartment is a part of a beautiful rustic stone house, built in traditional Istrian style. It features all commodities of a modern house but at the same time respects the old and traditional ways of building and repurposing materials.

Quietly country terrace apartment in central Istra

If you truly want to rest in silence and surrounded by nature, this is the right place for you. Apartment (3***) for two persons (+extra bed) as a part of family farm. It has own big terrace with wonderfull view. It is located near Žminj (5km). The nearest seashore is the Bay of Lim (16km),the nearest beaches are in Rovinj (22km). Stone house was built in 17 century, last reconsruction 2014. On our property everything is natural and spontaneously; sincerly and honestly.
