My charmigly divided apartment is located in a good outskirt of Graz in the middle of beautiful nature. My large terrace offers space to spend the evening there and maybe to read or just to chill and listen to some music. In addition it consists of a bedroom with a cozy box spring bed, a study and a living and a dining area. The kitchen is well aquipped. It also has a garage, in which a car has space. I am renting out my apartment for the summer time as I will be traveling myself.
