Pikas Balai, or the house next door, is a small nook right beside our parents' house in Malaybalay. It is near the city center, but within walking distance of the pine forests of Malaybalay.
It is a guesthouse separated from the main house, with its own patio, kitchen, double bed and hot shower. If you're just passing by, about to attend an event, or are bound for some outdoor adventures in Bukidnon, this could be the place for you. Nothing fancy, but with the little comforts of coming home.
