En este tour vas a crear fabulosas memorias de Oaxaca, te compartiré información de mi cultura y los secretos de Hierve el agua. Una vez que indiques el Lugar de tu llegada, pasaremos por ti a tu alojamiento u hotel y partiremos rumbo a Hierve el agua. Antes de iniciar el recorrido disfrutaremos un delicioso desayuno oaxaqueño. En Hierve el agua haremos una caminata en los senderos donde apreciaremos las hermosas vistas que nos ofrece este majestuoso lugar. Disfrutarás de la naturaleza en todo su esplendor y las cascadas petrificadas formadas por años, y podrás nadar en las piscinas seminaturales, posteriormente visitaremos los talleres textiles de Teotitlán del Valle donde conocerás el proceso para la elaboración de los majestuosos tapetes de lana. visitaremos una fabrica de Mezcal artesanal donde podrán conocer el proceso de la elaboración de esta bebida legendaria. El primer paso será mostrarte los ingredientes que puedes encontrar en los hogares oaxaqueños, una de las ventajas de nuestra experiencia es que contamos con un jardín con hierbas y chiles orgánicos. Elaboramos quesillo y queso fresco todos los días. Mi hijo Baldo compartirá su conocimiento acerca del mezcal, una cata en la cual podrás tomar degustar tanto como gustes, además de agua fresca, refrescos y jugos. Botanas? Claro que si, pero lo tienes que hacer al estilo oaxaqueño, lo que significa gusanos, chicatanas y chapulines. ¿Has escuchado algo sobre el metate y como se hacen las tortillas a mano? además de tortillas elaboraremos tetelas, memelas y tlayudas. Haremos diferentes salsas utilizando ingredientes de la temporada todo cocinado sobre comal, leña y brasas al carbón. El mole es un emblema de la cocina oaxaqueña y cocinaremos uno de los 7 moles utilizando el metate. No te puedes ir sin probar el mole negro, chocolate de agua, café de olla, nieves y un rico pastel. Todos participaran en los procesos, cortando, moliendo, elaborando salsas y por supuesto comiendo, recuerda cuando visitas una casa en Oaxaca tienes que venir con el estomago vacío. In the South of the Mexico City, we can find Xochimilco, where prehispanic natives built the chinampas on top of a great lake. This are islands used for agriculture, that through time, conformed a great network of canals, in which we will sail through time, enjoying nature and the presence of its flora and fauna. We will embark on a cayuco (small boat), a little bit before sunrise and we´ll silently watch the birds waking up through the mist, realizing that this is a living ecosystem which is home for several native birds, including migrating ones. We are going to row through the canals, the same way as the natives did it so many years ago. We´ll have a small coffe break and arrive to our chinampa in time for breakfast. Then, we will learn from the ancient and new techniques used at the chinampa to produce a sustainable an organic agriculture. Other things to note: It is advise that guests should know how to swim, just in case ; ) There´s a dry toilet for men and women at the chinampa. As well as water and soap to wash your hands and face.

My friend Cesar will drive you in his private vehicle, from the meeting point in the downtown area (CP 6800), to the village of Arrazola. It will take around 30 minutes to get to Armando's gallery where we will have the experience. In Arrazola, you will meet me, my wife Antonia and our son Alejandro at our workshop to show you the entire creation process of our amazing art: from carving the wood; making natural colors out of local fruits, insects and minerals to painting the figures in the traditional design with acrylic paint. Cesar will translate into English if needed. Now the fun part starts. Time to get creative. You will choose a small plain wooden animal figure to paint yourself which could take up to two hours. Brushes and colors will be provided. This will be a lovely souvenir to take home and remember this experience! Besides all this, you can check our gallery for more stunning art! We will spend between 3 or 4 hours horseback riding. We´ll leave from RESERVA GUADALAJARA - Finca hotel to visit the pastures of "Puerta de Palo" where we have milking cows. Then we cross San Pacho´s Creek and Armadillo tail in search of Elephant Rock. it's just the beginning... In the way you will enjoy crossing rivers and creeks and watching birds. But we need to climb to the top of THE ELEPHANT ROCK... a privileged and exclusive place where we can see the beautiful cocora valley and the white waters of Quindio River. After enjoying the landscape, we will cross the mountain in search of the ELF FOREST. We will leave the horses outside to protect the plants and the wax palms that are born inside. If you want to imagine this forest, remember those of Jurassic Park but with a big difference ... You will be walking inside them. Finally, we will return to the farm house where we will bathe and feed the horses in gratitude with them for having given us a beautiful experience. For you a good beer or ice tea. After we go to Mayan traditional house, we will visit an organic garden where they grow exotic vegetables and fruits. This nature excursion is unique because it is in our home. You will meet my family and all the birds living in the wild who make our garden their home. We'll start with a welcome and brief history of how a cliff turned into a botanical garden. This is followed by a guided visit of the terraced garden with hundreds of tropical plants. At the end you will then visit the gallery and gift shop where all items are made on site. This helps us to provide jobs for members of the community presently employed here. Our guests are then encouraged to stroll the garden on their own taking pictures and visit my partner in his studio as he paints. We are both educators, so the history of Jamaica and Rastafarians are shared with interested guests. Each guest is given a complimentary juice depending on the fruit in season. You can purchase an optional Jamaican lunch which is cooked to order. The lunch is not included in the entry and may be paid on property when you order. Amateur and professional photographers can spend hours in the garden as the subjects are numerous. There are optional art classes with my partner as the instructor. It would take us about one hour to get to the island were you can enjoy snorkeling at the best location and after enjoy the beautiful beach in Culebra Island. Dentro del Canal llegaremos a un grupo de islas en una zona protegida con el fin de avistar tantas especies de animales como sea posible (y hay muchas!!), entre ellos veremos monos, cocodrilos, aves, iguanas, perezosos y otros. Aprenderás sobre los tipos de barcos que pasan por el Canal, identificarás animales y desarrollará su visión para avistarlos. Nos encontraremos a las 10.30 en la Marina Internacional de Santa Marta, abordaremos el Artivela, un velero marca Cooper Mapple Leaf de 56 pies con capacidad para 26 pasajeros. A las 11 am saldremos rumbo a nuestro destino Bahia Concha en el Parque Tayrona o alguna bahía del Tayrona. La navegación hasta nuestro destino tardará aprox 1.5 horas. Aprovecharemos el tiempo para ir conversando sobre las curiosidades del parque y su entorno. Pondremos nuestras cañas para ir pescando mientras pasamos frente a la bahía de Taganga y de Granate. Allí empezaremos el famoso paso de Isla Aguja, la única isla del Parque Tayrona, después entraremos en Bahía Concha y trataremos de anclar lo más cerca de la playa. Nuestros compañeros de experiencia pueden elegir entre nadar, caminar por la playa, hacer snorkel o simplemente asolearse en el barco. Aproximadamente a las 3:45 pm comenzaremos nuestro regreso a Santa Marta. Navegaremos a vela (si el tiempo lo permite) y todos pueden participar. Llegaremos a la Marina a las 5 pm. Quien desee quedarse en el café de la marina puede hacerlo. Allí podrá conocer gente fascinante que está navegando por el mundo. Otros aspectos destacables. Mi equipo es único, Abrahan del barrio de Pescaito junto con Edgar amante del mar y Jesus nuestro Chef. El Parque cierra del 1ro al 15 de Junio. Durante esta época seguimos navegando las bahías de Santa Marta.

La cocina oaxaqueña esta representada mundialmente por famosos platillos que podremos preparar y así conozcas un poco más de nuestra forma de comerlos, estos platillos serán los que te llevarás en tu corazón y aprenderás a cómo hacerlo desde el principio hasta el fin. No olvides que te involucrarás en todos los procesos para que conozcas el significado cultural de cada uno, aprenderás a hacer tortillas a mano y ponerlas en el comal así que ven listo para ¡participar y comer!. Después de eso ahora si a la mesa, comeremos juntos lo que preparamos. La cocina tradicional en Oaxaca es una herencia cultural y yo te compartiré la experiencia de visitar mi casa para que vivas una experiencia totalmente tradicional. ¡Ven preparado para disfrutar! At the end of the afternoon, we will visit La Palmilla Natural Pool and see starfish, return to Bayahibe Port in our Speed Boat, and after we will drive to Punta Cana, Bavaro. Pasaremos por ti 3 horas antes del inicio del partido si te ubicas en Roma Norte, Sur, Condesa, Chapultepec, Reforma y Polanco, o en su defecto en el punto de encuentro "Plaza Popocatépetl". Visitaremos una típica taquería o stand del estadio, donde disfrutaremos una deliciosa orden de tacos (INCLUIDA), para asistir entonces a un juego de Liga MX, Copa MX, CONCACAF, Selección Nacional, Liga Femenil o Liga de Expansión según el calendario oficial. Antes del partido todas las bebidas están (INCLUIDAS) y finalmente al término del partido te llevaremos de vuelta a la puerta de tu hotel, hospedaje o punto de partida. Sabemos lo importante que es para ti contar con transportación SEGURA y EFICIENTE, por lo que puedes estar seguro de que nuestro trayecto será además de seguro, muy entretenido!
