The little house is a private, separate house, with its own entry and parking. It is a ten-minute walk south to the KU stadium, and a ten-minute walk to lovely downtown Lawrence. The little house is perfect for a single person or couple! PLEASE NOTE: we recently had extensive foundation work done. The outside area will be pretty rough until early spring of 2021.
