The Lake Condo is a one bedroom unit located at the north west side of Conesus Lake. This is a middle unit and has a unit above and below. Brand new queen bed and dresser, and a new pull out memory foam queen sleeper. The only shared space would be the fire pit patio area and the dock. Kitchen is stocked well with cooking necessities, flatware and includes a keurig, blender, etc. Approximately 8 minutes from Geneseo and 20 minutes from Letchworth State Park.

This rustic cottage on Conesus Lake is part of a larger property called Kamp Kontent. It's nicknamed "The Tree House" because of it's setting up on a hill surrounded by trees. The inside of the cottage is very basic but cozy. Guests have access to a dock across the street for swimming, fishing, boating, etc. Internet / wifi and streaming services (Netflix, etc) are available. Guests will need to bring their own linens, blankets, pillows and towels. Camping style accommodations.
