Parking will never be a problem with access to a double garage on a quiet street, just two streets up from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. With no commercial activity in the village, the atmosphere is tranquil and relaxed. Only one road leads in and out, thus less traffic and enhanced safety. Just 5 minutes to Hout Bay with shops and restaurants. Camps Bay, Table Mountain, city, and the Constantia wine route are all 15-30 minute drive away. There is a MyCity bus stop approximately 1 km away, at the entrance to Llandudno, which connects to the city and surrounds. Uber door-to-door taxi services are also available. Please note Cape Town is experiencing coming out of a sever drought and adherence to the level 3 water restrictions (100L per person per day) is paramount!
