The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

In 2018 we have successfully resurrected this beautiful building and turned it into a luxurious, eco boutique villa for all to enjoy. Sitting proudly upon the terraced gardens that surround the home and the 1,500 sq.m that the property occupies, overlooking almond and olive trees, the only sound that can be heard are the birds singing across the trees. Sleeping 6 guests, or 7 (infant), the only problem you are going to have in staying here is who to invite – friends or family ?
