Benvenuto a casa mia! Dopo un breve scambio conoscitivo e un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, cucineremo insieme un menù tipico genovese (un antipasto, un primo piatto di pasta, un secondo e un dolce) e vi racconterò un po' di storia e di curiosità sulla cucina ligure e sulle sue tradizioni Mangeremo poi quanto cucinato con la mia famiglia (e' compresa acqua illimitata e una bottiglia di vino ogni due ospiti!) Condivido molto volentieri ciò che ho imparato da mia mamma, mia suocera e dai corsi di cucina che ho frequentato: non sono uno chef professionista!!!

Let's have fun cooking together! Come and learn how to prepare some typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. I will accompany you by telling you the story of the dishes we will cook. After immersing ourselves in the preparation of the dishes, we will have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, sipping Italian red wine. At the end of the experience, you will receive your recipe booklet and if you wish, some of the food we have prepared. During the class you will learn how to prepare authentic Ligurian food. We will prepare the doughs, the filling and I’ll share some tips with you. At the end we will eat together what we prepared: Focaccia,, Torta Cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta and borage) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). If you want we can even decide to prepare alternative dishes in advance (at least one week before the lesson). For intolerances and allergies, we inform you that the following products/ingredients will be used: Milk and milk-based products Nuts Egg Flour Garlic Sweet beets Borage Extra virgin olive oil Bread

My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

We will meet up in Manarola, and after a quick walk through the village, which will be nice and quiet in the morning, we will start our adventure by taking a deep breath and hiking up to Volastra, a wonderful hamlet as far off the beaten path as you can get in this area. The hike is straight uphill and it will make you sweat, we promise! There will be plenty of visual rewards along the path, though, because you will get the most spectacular views of Manarola and the sea, almost like you were a drone (only without flying off the rocks!). Then, after approximately 1 hour, we will reach our destination. And there, only there, will you feel like you have earned your well deserved wine tasting. We will drink the wine of one of the greatest local winemakers right on his vineyard while looking at the Mediterranean directly below, almost touching the sky and rejoicing in the power of nature. After the wine tasting, our experience is finished. From Volastra, you can choose to continue on the trail to Corniglia, the next Cinque Terre town, go back down the trail to Manarola, or take the eco-bus down to Manarola at a cost of 2.50 per person. Rain can be serious in the Cinque Terre, so if it is raining too heavily, or if the National Park issues a weather alert, we won't be able to do the hike. In that case, we will take the bus up to Volastra at an additional cost of 2.50 per person.

We will leave from Framura port, to escape from the confusion of mass tourism. Aboard a comfortable 6.5 meter boat, we will leave for Bonassola where we will pass in front of its bay for a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of the "Prie Rosse", a fascinating spot where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters and not reachable if not by boat. We will admire the beautiful villa overlooking the sea and then head towards Framura. Passing through the beach of "Porto Pidocchio" we will head off the beaches of "Valla '", beautiful sandy beaches difficult to reach and still little known. And more the "pietre rosse" and many others After so many baths and snorkelling, what better than a rich and delicious aperitif with the famous focaccia of "Cueva Blanca" and a glass of 5 Terre wine in a suggestive spot abord of a boat. The experience will leave you without a doubt an indelible memory of a different and wonderful day spent in unique places! Scopri il vino che produce la mia famiglia: l'Eroico, coltivato da generazioni in una delle più belle vigne delle Cinque Terre. Faremo un breve trekking su un sentiero poco battuto ma molto panoramico. Buona parte del percorso è in salita, ma durante la camminata ci fermeremo in diversi punti per riprendere fiato, goderci il panorama e scoprire la storia di Vernazza e delle Cinque Terre. Finita la camminata, arriveremo nella vigna dell'Eroico e lì degusteremo tre diverse etichette, assaporando una storia antichissima. L'intera esperienza si svolge a Vernazza, luogo unico e patrimonio UNESCO. Potrai godere anche di una vista unica, essendo la nostra vigna isolata da ogni altro sentiero o abitazione. Durante la degustazione, saremo solo noi, isolati dalla folla e immersi in un'atmosfera di pace. P.s. Se stai cercando date diverse da quelle sul calendario, scrivimi per crearne di nuove!

A seconda delle stagioni,sarà possibile apprezzare i prodotti di questa meravigliosa terra come nocciole e uva che le colline del Monferrato PATRIMONIO UNESCO offrono generose. L'escursione partirà dalla premiata cantina vinicola Oreste Buzio di Vignale M.to dove verrà presentata la storia del luogo e la produzione del vino biologico con una prelibata e ricca degustazione.Si visiterà anche l'Infernot, luogo dove un tempo si conservavano i vini e i prodotti di pregio. Durante la cerca del TARTUFO verrà data una dettagliata spiegazione naturalistica del territorio e una spiegazione sull'addestramento del cane che lavorando incanterà i partecipanti che tra di loro si scambieranno sguardi di stupore,sarà inoltre proposta un'analisi sensoriale del tartufo L'escursione è fattibile tutti i giorni dell'anno ad eccezione di tutto il mese di maggio e dal 1 al 21 settembre come prevede il fermo biologico La legge consente solo per la regione Piemonte la "cerca" notturna del tartufo,sono previste uscite serali nei mesi di giugno luglio e agosto al chiaro di luna PER I BAMBINI DAI 6 ANNI LAB. A TEMA COL CANE Altre cose da tenere a mente Non sono ammessi cani. E' possibile comprare il tartufo cavato in giornata o prenotarlo con 3 giorni di anticipo.

After a morning meeting with me we will start our great day in Cinque Terre, we will visit 3 of the 5 villages and by the end of the tour you will know much more about this incredible territory and its legendary history. We will visit Manarola, Vernazza and Monterosso, so you have a complete view of the area. We will use train and /or boat (only from april to october). Train is faster so we will have more time to spend in the village and view from the boat is more panoramic. I will show you the best panoramic view points out from the crowd and you will taste the very genuine local food in one of the most typical shop. Other things to note Get ready to spend a day in Cinque Terre, wear comfortable shoes, bring some water and a cap, sunscreen if needed.

Il nostro viaggio inizierà alla scoperta delle colline terrazzate della Cooperativa Vallata di Levanto con le tipiche coltivazioni di olivo e vite. Ne sentiremo i profumi e ne apprezzeremo i colori per poi proseguire il viaggio a ritroso nel tempo verso i paesi della valle. Nell'Opzione Trekking avremo scorci di Lavaggiorosso (che possiamo raggiungere facoltativamente) e l'esplorazione del villaggio di Lizza ci porterà poi in cima al Monte delle Streghe. Dal crinale intriso di leggende scenderemo verso il Convento e la chiesa dei Ss. Annunziata per poi concludere il nostro percorso sensoriale con una sosta al vigneto S. Anna con degustazione di tre vini DOC della Cooperativa Vallata di Levanto e prodotti tipici come olive, pesto, focaccia. Un trekking per i cinque sensi! Il percorso è per il 60% su sentiero o strada sterrata e per la restante parte su asfalto, è lungo 7 km e copre un dislivello di 400 m. Questo percorso permette di attraversare i diversi habitat della valle e raggiungere luoghi dove natura e storia si intrecciano. Durata: 4h Nell'opzione Camminata avrai comunque l'opportunità di visitare i vigneti e gli uliveti e degustare vino e vero cibo locale. Proverai ancora i cinque sensi della valle ma con meno fatica. Un tour guidato a piedi che collega comodamente i vigneti e gli uliveti della valle su strade poco trafficate e con brevi tratti sterrati. Durata: 2h

She will be pleased to open her home to all curious travelers who want to experience a real Genoese dinner. You will start the lesson by preparing the most famous ligurian pasta sauce: pesto. It traditionally consists of crushed garlic, European pine nuts, coarse salt, basil leaves, hard cheese such as Parmigiano-Reggiano all blended with olive oil. Then, learn how to prepare home made Tagliatelle! Sit with your host and enjoy the fruit of your labour and taste the second course ( typically fried anchovies ). Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dish tasting with your local host. You will also taste fine local Italian wine.. Finally enjoy the gelato or dessert with some coffee. Benvenuti nella nostra esperienza! Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare ,faremo una sosta per nuotare insieme ai pesci e fare dello snorkeling ,a bordo ti offriremo del prosecco ,coca-cola o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure, arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine andremo verso Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo Monterosso dal mare, Torneremo indietro sempre vicino alla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.

Gita in barca con aperitivo al tramonto tra musica, amici e una vista unica. Orario abbastanza flessibile, tendenzialmente partenza verso le 6,30 per esplorare la riviera di Portofino con l'ultimo sole, bagni senza limiti nelle calette più nascoste e rinomate tra Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso e Camogli; per finire con un aperitivo mozzafiato al tramonto nel posto che vi è piaciuto di più. La serata si conclude con un rientro verso ill punto di partenza verso le 9 mentre il sole cala e ci regala dei colori unici. Le barche sono 2: - Un tipico gozzo Ligure di 8 metri completamente restaurato nel 2021 che quindi dispone di ogni comfort: Tendalino parasole, impianto audio bluetooth, doccetta di acqua dolce, grande prendisole e doppio frigo. La barca può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 ospiti più lo skipper che vi permetterà di vivere l'esperienza al meglio. -Un Gommone nuovo Salpa Solei 18 del 2023 anch'esso dotato di ogni confort quali doccetta, frigo, stereo Bluetooth e doppio prendisole. Questo gommone elegante e maneggevole è perfetto per chi ama l'adrenalina senza rinunciare al comfort e all'eleganza. Può accomodare fino a 7 ospiti più lo skipper. Il prezzo del gommone è 50 euro inferiore di quello del gozzo dovuto ai differenti consumi. Contattatemi prima di prenotare di modo da scegliere la barca più adatta alle vostre esigenze!

First time in Genova? Not a problem anymore, you found me! My tour is simply the best for all of you, newcomers. In a couple of hours I will show you the main spots of historical centre and I will give you insights about art, history and economics of my city so that you have the basic knowledge to enjoy what you will see by yourself. Impara a preparare la salsa più famosa del mondo: il PESTO!! Facciamo tutto a mano con pestello e mortaio, usando solo ingredienti selezionati! Io ho imparato a fare il pesto dalla nonna Linda, è così gustoso e semplice che sicuramente lo rifarete centinaia di volte a casa con gli amici, vi basta qualche piccolo segreto! Saremo in una tipica cantina delle Cinque Terre, arredata con sasso e legno, un tuffo nella Vernazza ottocentesca! Prepareremo il pesto nel mortaio e lo mangeremo come pranzo alle 12,30 con la pasta e come merenda alle 15,00/17,30 con pane o focaccia, degusteremo 3 vini bianchi Cinque Terre DOC e abbineremo 3 oli extravergini liguri a pane, focaccia e formaggio! Se avete allergie al glutine abbiamo crackers/pasta gluten-free, se non bevete alcolici sono disponibili soft drinks. SOLO PER LA VERSIONE DELLE ORE 12,30 mangeremo la pasta dentro al mortaio e finiremo il pranzo con limoncino fatto con limoni di Vernazza e cioccolato, se volete questa versione in altri orari comunicatecelo direttamente.
