The Rustic Guesthouse has a private entry and is very spacious for a tiny home. Full kitchen with bar for dining or use for a desk area, full bath with galvanized metal shower, Bedroom area offers a comfy queen bed. Cozy living with chaise sofa and big screen smart TV. We're on 4.5 acres about 8 minutes from MTSU, 15 minutes from St. Thomas and a couple of farms away from Hop Springs Beer Park. We are in the country and only 5 miles to Walmart and restaurants. Interstate is about 9 miles.

Farm Stay in the Guest Barn

If you enjoy rain on a tin roof, then you will love the guest barn. 26 acres to roam and relax or if you like to stay busy, take part in working in the field as we plant and harvest. The peaceful sounds of the creek runs across the front of the farm. It's a great place to read, picnic, feed the chickens and ducks or take a catnap. 7 acres of woods to explore and a huge fire pit not far from the guest barn. Make sure to catch the sunsets and stars at night. It’s very peaceful.

Rustic Tiny Guesthouse Farm Stay

Rustic studio guesthouse is about 175sqft and located in a portion of our barn lined with cedar. Smart TV and internet. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, two burner hot plate and electric skillet. Enjoy the sunsets while sitting by the creek or walking throughout the property. Very peaceful. We have 24 chickens so if you need eggs during your stay, let us know. We also have them for sale if you need some to take home.
