This walkout guest studio w/a private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside parks are also a short walk away. Other charming towns are Tecumseh, 20 min. drive w/great hiking, and Milan, 15 min. drive. Portable full size bed and pack & play available for a third guest.

The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a large duplex unit in downtown Monroe. It includes living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It also includes fast wifi, television, desk with chair, central air, clock/alarm, full bookshelf, games, covered front patio with table and parking space directly behind the unit. One block from St. Mary's Park, three blocks from downtown, walking distance to IHM property. We live onsite in the adjoining unit, so just knock if you need anything! Sorry, no pets are allowed.
