This cute and cozy tiny house has easy access via hwy 92. It is just 5 minutes from the town of Hotchkiss and all its amenities. It's a completely private space with views of the Gunnison Gorge, the Black Canyon, Grand Mesa, and the Uncompahgre Plateau. Two adults and one child are allowed. One dog is allowed. Smoking OK outside. 420 friendly. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, mini-fridge with freezer, hot plate, toaster oven, sink, and microwave. Towels and linens are provided.

This is a cute and comfortable apartment above a detached garage. It has a private entrance and beautiful views of the West Elk mountains and the Grand Mesa from the deck. It is about 2 miles from the quaint town of Crawford in the beautiful north fork valley. with nearby access to Crawford State Park and the north entrance to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Hiking trails and fishing and hunting are some of the outdoor activities you may want to stay here for as well.
