The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and nature we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. Aqui tambien realizamos una degustación de raicilla y bebidas tipicas de la region! La siguiente parada sera San Sebastian donde caminaremos por el pueblo y tomamos fotos en los puntos mas historicos: el antiguo panteón, estatua de los mineros, plaza principal, iglesia de san sebastian, casa de la cultura. Despues comenzaremos nuestra aventura hacia el Cerro de la Bufa el cual es la montaña mas alta de toda la sierra (2500 metros)! Una vez llegando a la cima caminaremos aproximadamente 15 minutos por el bosque para llegar a la cima. Ahi nos tomamos fotos y disfrutamos de la majestuosa vista antes de regresar a Vallarta.

Our experience starts with a nice driving time of 20 - 30 minutes to arrive to our first visiting place. During this driving time I will explain you about the area where you are located, about the principal economic activities of the region and more about the surrounding areas. Once arriving to “La pila del rey”, a ceremonial site from the “Tecoxquines”, an ancient culture that lived in this area more than 2000 years ago, we hike through lush jungle while I explain you about their cosmogony and about the signs that they engraved on the volcanic rocks. It's an epic trail that winds through large numbers of tall trees and tropical plants. At the end of this hike there is time to soak yourself in the refreshing natural river pools. After having enjoyed this place we move to the hot springs; a perfect place to get relaxed and restore your energy after the hike. The hot springs have therapeutic properties which is going to relieve old or recent injuries that you might have. In this place you can also book a nurturing reflexology session of 30 minutes for an extra cost. There in the hot springs is also the place where we enjoy the lunch. Feel free to bring your own snacks, fruits or whatever you like to enjoy during this time. After the hot springs we go back to our first meeting point in Chacala.
