My place is close to Dover and Folkestone for easy access to the continent. It is close to Canterbury & all its associated history. It has in the local area family-friendly activities & Howletts Zoo. My cottage is situated in our working farm and has stunning rural views. The cottage has comfy beds and is very cosy. It has views of the fields containing our sheep and ponies as well as the quaint kitchen. Our cottage is good for couples, sole guests, business travellers, & families (with kids).

Cerne House is a detached house dating from the early 1800's. The room has dual aspect so it is very light. There is an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Canterbury is 5 miles and Dover 8 miles, both via the A2 trunk road, a 5 minute drive away. Snowdown station is 1 mile away with trains to London and Dover. We are few minutes from Goodnestone Park House and Knowlton wedding venues. If we are available we can offer a ride. People from all backgrounds are welcome. Breakfast is provided.

Spacious and modern apartment near Canterbury

The apartment forms part of a new village development next to fields and is not on Google Maps as yet. The nearest park and ride to the historic cathedral city of Canterbury is exactly seven miles away. There are many other places of interest within a short distance, such as Sandwich and Deal. The East Kent countryside is breathtaking and there are plenty of local places for walking with a dog. There is a wealth of village pubs for eating out, especially the Griffins Head in Chillenden.
