The UNIQUE thing about us is ANYONE can do this session, from the fittest able-bodied athlete to someone with very restricted physical ability-everyone can get something from this session. Try it and see-I WILL challenge you and I guarantee you will push your boundaries in a positive way!! A unique opportunity to box alongside me, a former British and European Boxing Champion, teaching you new exercise skills you won't have tried before. Also my session is open to those with a disability. I have experience in adapting sessions to all abilities having set up Able2B-a service set up to provide fitness and strengthening opportunities to children and adults with disabilities. My class can also be done lying, in bed, in a wheelchair, seated or standing (with or without support) so all members of a household can get involved whatever their ability and still get a great workout. Great for groups and corporate team-building too. Other things to note Our experience can be adapted to even those with very significant limitations so please give it a try even if you think you can't do it or it will be too much!!! That's what most people say first time!!! Our aim is to help you 'Discover Your Ability" that you didn't know you had!! The full exercise sessions 30 mins duration.

Happy to collect you from Baldock Station; back at our cottage we can provide boots/jackets. Over a welcoming drink and a snack (arrive hungry please!) you can tell us your riding experience; we pay serious attention to your expectations as we aim to provide each rider with the ideal equine partner for your day with us. Having signed a disclaimer and had a hat fitted you’ll meet your horse and be shown how to feed carrots, nominally groom and do ground work using voice commands. We normally divide the riding (bridleways or country lanes) into two sessions of 45/50m each divided by home made lunch or supper with wine but we might keep you up for 90/100min and eat afterwards ; depending on weather and your fitness. We can go as slowly as you like, you won’t be pushed out of your comfort zone! Forgive us in advance for putting the horses’ happiness a very close second to your safety :-) but the experience of viewing the world through the ears of a happy horse could start you on an amazing equine adventure. We might ride to a pub for a drink while the horses graze. If you weigh above 85kg or have children below 12 please get in touch before booking. We hope you'll enjoy this form of riding which focuses on voice aids (no kicking or pulling) thus insuring your horse enjoys it as much as you do ;-). We also offer an introduction to Mindful Riding if you prefer a quieter ride.

Stand up paddleboarding Lessons are 2 hours long and start off with local knowledge, understanding of local weather & tides. Then onto general water safety and theory of the sport and then we start the practical paddleboarding experience and power paddling tuition. Once up and riding we can go on a local beach tour. Each lesson, we are building more and more skills covering greater distances and local experiences. If you can already stand up paddleboard you can just hire equipment from us and do your own thing. Before June 30th and after September 1st you will need a wetsuit. We prefer you to have your own wetsuits. If you dont, we have new winter wetsuits, that we can hire to you for £10, if you dont have your own wetsuit and need to hire please email us you waist, height, chest size and we will reserve you a wetsuit. Your University of Cambridge graduate guide will meet you at the entrance of King's College on King's Parade in the centre of Cambridge. We will then begin our 90-minute walking tour around the city and famous University Colleges. You will learn famous Cambridge anecdotes including how the university was founded and which famous Alumni have passed through the college gates. We will cover approximately 9 university colleges with entry inside Pembroke College and the backs of Trinity College. Your guide is a current student or graduate of the University of Cambridge who will share insights from their time as a student and will be able to explain how the Oxbridge application process works. Ideal for prospective students visiting the city. Throughout the tour, you will be invited to ask questions at each stop. Other things to note: Please wear clothing suitable for the weather

Our walking tour takes in some of the famous colleges and historic sights of the city as you meander down quaint alleyways and tread the cobbled streets. You will hear quirky facts and stories of the colleges and their colourful alumni, all set within the context of English and world history, plus many fascinating tales of city life through the ages not generally mentioned in the guide books. We will take you to a church 1000 years old and reveal it’s hidden secret, down side streets to places of interest visitors don't normally see. You will go back in time to medieval Cambridge to discover how the University all started, visiting colleges over 700 years old and hearing their history. We will show you what it is to experience life as a student in a Cambridge College. All our tours are unique as we specialise in small groups and encourage interaction and questions. Highlights of our walking tour include The Senate House, The Colleges of Gonville & Caius, Trinity, St John’s, Kings, Clare, Corpus Christie, Pembroke, Peterhouse and Queens. St Benet's church, an unusual clock, the historic Eagle pub, The Cavendish Labs, and the Mathematical Bridge Other things to note As it's a walking tour, on city streets, just be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and be sure to dress for the English Climate.
