Our "Little Studio" sits on 4 1/2 acre RV park. Beautiful Mature trees surround the entire property. Beautiful catch & release pond ( no fishing license required) 150sqft Studio fully remodeled, has a queen size serta couch/bed, 32inch tv with netflix, kitchen sink, bathroom has a sink and toilet. equipped with everything you need. Brand new porch/deck with a bbq grill for guests use.Guests are more then welcome to tent camp around our pond area, and are welcome to all rv park ammenties.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We provide a comfy queen size bed with lots of clean blankets and pillows for your comfort. Included in the private bedroom is a Roku TV, a cooling fan, and a mini fridge stocked with water for your convenience. The Private bathroom has a shower/bath, toiletries and fresh towels for you to use. We are located only 14 miles from White Sands National Park in Alamogordo. We also have a sweet husky named Nova who loves cuddles and pets.
