Charming Room in a quiet neighborhood near MSU

This is a room in a single family house. This charming room with European flair is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, chairs, and a desk. A mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and ironing board are located in an adjacent hallway, which, together with a private bathroom creates a private suite (separated from the main kitchen by curtains). It is a smoke-free house. We have a lovely Lab mix dog. NB: I perform robust disinfecting in the room and a bathroom before each guest arrival.

Great for families! Hot tub, ping pong, gas grill. We have 3 acres, a 3/4 acre pond with dock, fishing poles provided. Small sandy beach for access to float or use our kid kayaks, also a playscape/sand box. 20 to min E Lansing, 30 min to Lansing. 1 mile to Perry, gas, grocery, restaurants. Any extra people up to 10 for 3-4 hours allowed for $100. MUST LET US KNOW WHEN BOOKING. MAXIMUM FOR OVERNIGHT IS 10. SORRY NO pets, NO WEDDINGS, NO groups of 20-30 yr old guys. Only $50 cleaning fee.

Close but not too close to the Big Ten college, MSU. Get away from it all with a short walk through our Sassafras trees or enjoy a stroll down the country dirt road. Our well lit get away is one mile from the freeway I-69. Just 9 miles from Michigan State and another couple to LCC ,the Lugnut(baseball) stadium or the State’s capital city, Lansing. We are 20 min. From the Capital City airport . Lots of shopping. Covid safety: Please show proof of vaccine.
