Welcome to small town living in Prairie Lea. The unit is a garage apartment with its own private entrance and a code lock. The unit does not have a kitchen but does have a coffee bar for your morning pick me up. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we currently do not have WiFi. We are only half a mile from the San Marcos river where you can take your own tubes. We are also very close to many popular tube rental companies! With advanced notice we will take you/pick you up from the river!
